Great overclocking RAM

Strengths: Great price; lifetime warranty; excellent timing; overclock-able; heat-sinks

Weakness: High-voltage RAM

First, the negative stuff. Well, there is only one downside to this RAM, and it is only an issue is your motherboard does not have the ability to adjust the RAM timings and voltages. I had a cheapie motherboard, and there were no BIOS options to adjust the voltage. As a result, I could not even get the board to Power-On-Self-Test (POST). Ugh. Fortunately, I had other RAM to try, and got things going. I had to end up using this RAM on a different intended computer, and move the other RAM to my new (cheapie) computer. So, now for the good stuff. This RAM is very over-clockable. The timings at 2.1-2.2 volts are: 4-5-4-11. I easily got them to run at 1GHz, versus the spec'd 800MHz. I like the heat-spreaders, and especially like Mushkin's lifetime warranty. Read up on Mushkin, they have an excellent reputation in the industry.

Bottom line: If you have a system that allows you to tweak RAM timings and voltages, these are great. If not, find RAM that will work at 1.8V.
