The product did not arrive after 2-1/2 weeks The phone number posted on their web site "is no longer in service" There is no posted email contact info on the web site The web site doesn't allow contact because the image of the security code to type in is inoperable (shows an "X") I tried their FAX with no response yet. |

This company is completely unresponsive. After not recieving the part I ordered I emailed them several times. Their website had intermittant errors and their order tracking page would not let me log in. The posted phone number's VM was full and would not allow me to leave a message. VeriSign link comes up as unable to verify. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! |

Found a 2TB internal HD for only $40, figured it was a steal and ordered it. Wasn't too thrilled about $20 shipping, but I figured I was still saving a boatload of money for that size hard drive, so I went ahead and placed the order. Five days later, I had only received an order confirmation email and no shipping updates or anything. I check my bank account to find that it's not yet been charged for the order I had placed. I log into MicroPartsUSA.com's website to review my order and see that it's been cancelled with no explanation as to why. When I go to reorder the same product, the price is now well over $200 for the product instead of $40. I attempt to call customer service multiple times, but no one answers the phone. I'm giving up on this shady business and buying elsewhere. |

The service was very good until I ordered 20 parts, received 19 (and they called to tell me they are one short) but was billed for 20. Since then I am trying to get refund for one missing part but there is no response from them at all. Submitted RMA but they are not responding to it either. Very disappointed since we had no problem with them before. |

Ordered 8 Phones, have one defective, customer service will not answer the phone, was told by chat to submit a rma request thru the web, now when asking about RMA timeframe the person on the other side of the chat session stops responding. stay away from this business |

My order was delivered faster than I expected. I was sent the tracking number so I could keep tabs on my order and I ordered the wrong item first. RMA was great, phone help was great, issued credit and ordered correct item without problems. Great store, exellent service and fast shipping, from now on they are on my providers list on top! |

I must agree with bluedepth, this merchant is impossible to contact or deal with. I waited several days after receiving the confirmation of my order and then checked to see if it had been shipped. It was marked “Cancelled” but no one could tell me why. I then received an e-mail with a e-mail address to contact to get an update on the status. When I got to that e-mail address it said “error: you do not have permission to access this page.” I called them and was put on hold for so long that I finally hung up. I will never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone. |

This merchant is impossible to contact, I have been waiting since Sep 17. I have contacted my Credit Card Company and requested to cancel the charge. Now I have to wait 60 days. Avoid this company at all costs! |

I would never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone. I called them before ordering a part for a client to confirm if the part was new or used. I was put on hold & then told the part was guaranteed to be new. I never rcvd any email about the part being shipped. I chatted with sales online & was told the order was cancelled because they no longer had the part in stock. I tried calling & got no answer. I sent an email regarding this unprofessionalism & was then told the part was shipped & actually rcvd. When the client confirmed they rcvd the part, they told me it looked used & sent pictures as proof. I called Microparts, didnt get an answer & sent an email. I got a response to submit an RMA. Over a week had past, i sent several emails, still no response to my email. Eventually, I kept calling until someone answered & then I was instantly sent RMA info via email & was told I had to pay for return shipping even though Micropartsusa made the mistake. Horrible! |

Outstanding combination of lowest price, fast shipping, and user friendly web service. Great place to buy and they are very professional, reliable, prompt in delivery and communication. Not only they were offering the product at a competitive price, once micropartsusa was aware of a Manufacture price reduction , they contacted me and provided me with an option that would allow me to purchase this product at a further reduced price.
