Can't trust shipping prices outside of what's on their web page. Pricegrabber quoted 6 from them, an ad from them displayed quoted 7, placed order and was told 8. |

This outfit is a scam. I ordered the Asus ul30a-a2, which for weeks was advertised as "new". Before the ordered went out, they told me that it was "refurbished" not new and it was an error. They offered me money off to accept. Days later, it is still advertised as new all over the internet! |

I had a good experience with the PT-AE3000U projector for 15 months as the picture was good. After 1800 hours on the original lamp, I purchased a replacement lamp March 2010 from MWave and it failed 2 months later after only 225 hours. I noticed that when I originally installed it and tuned it, the picture was much darker and the blacks were washed out compared to the original lamp. When it failed so soon, I contacted MWave about replacing it as it was supposed to have a 90 day warranty (still says it on the web site as of 5/13/2010). They claimed to only support products for 30 days and that I had to go Panasonic for the further 60 day support. Panasonic said it's up to the dealer (MWave) to provide the replacement lamp. I got both parties on a conference call and all they did was to say to each other "No, it's your responsibility". So MWave and Panasonic couldn't figure out between 2 massive companies how to resolve the issue and have put the customer at the disadvantage. |

1st purch. via this Merchant: Purch'd. Warranty Extension ("time-sensitive"-item); Merch. BILLED me, but FAILED to put the Warranty Document(s) into the Folder that was sent to me! Now, Merch. wants ME to take pix of the empty box & empty folder, (folder open & closed), showing that there's nothing in it! (Pix of "nothing"?) Meanwhile, the Mfgr. is still holding this matter open as a "Support Incident", with an "Incident Number" issued, (fortunately for me), so that at least I SHOULD be able to show that I DID purchase, & WAS BILLED FOR, the Warranty Extension within the proper time allotted. The Merch. could & SHOULD have just supplied me with a copy of THEIR copy of the "Warrantee Contract Number", which is all I asked them for via email phone, but they won't do anything more, until I "send them 3 or 4 pictures showing the empty folder"; Why am I "jumping thru hoops" with this, when Merch. made the error? Merch. never returned my email to their Cust. Svc. Dept.! |
