Order was cancelled due to being out of stock. It took 3 days to cancel the order, which was difficult due to time being a factor in my purchase. It might be wise to reconsider when considering this store. Although the orders they fulfill are often satisfactory, there are a large number of complaints from customers which leads one to wonder how effective of a business they are. |

This scam is run by Goldstar audio at 16500 Aston, Irvine ,CA. The address given is a FEDEX box . Ravi is the owner. His right-hand man Max writes positive reviews daily (which are obviously fake) as part of job as he does for "Gforce chips" their other scam. Check the reviews on that. If you want your money back go straight to Ravi at his office, you'd scar the hell out of him. |

DCCA has exceptional service, and I have gone to them whenever I need any type of car electronics. I have told my family and friends about DCCA as well, and many of them purchase items through DCCA. I always get my shipment on time, and if they ever do not have an item, they always make sure that they get it to me as soon as possible and notify me. |

I was looking around locally for a complete stereo system for my 08 Expedition. I came across Dealercost on the web.. I contacted them and spoke with a guy, he was so helpful and hooked me up with the Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT, and all the goodies with back up camera, Sirius sat and all speakers! By far the best to deal with and unbelievable service! The best Prices and Very Fast shipping! They saved me Half the cost then locally.. Many Thanks |

Order 59113 was placed on 20th May after getting confirmation about products in stock. NO shipment nor update from them, hence asked to cancel. They didnt even bother. When called was on hold for atleast 30-45mins before you get hold on associate. With mutliple follows order cancelled on 4th June and till date(16th July) no refund. POsted a review on RESELLERRATING.COM on 23rd June, they asked me to REMOVE THE POST AND WORK WITH THEM FOR RESOLUTION. Trusted them and changed my REVIEW,but they didnt keep up their words. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! You will never get it, and I still don't know yet if you can even get a refund. I ordered a Memphis Audio Sub on May 29th. Never got tracking information. So I emailed to see what the deal was. The said the speaker was backordered from Memphis. So I asked for an estimated time they might Know when I Might get it. June 9th they say "We expect a few business days for tracking information." So I wait a few days (12 to be exact) and email them back, because theres no tracking info. I asked for the tracking number again, a few times. "Should see it soon". "We'll get that looked into". "You will see it shortly". "We expect a few days", are the ONLY resposes you will get from these people. So I just asked for a refund. They said it takes 2-3 days for a refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed my order Monday, May 31st, 2010 and still have not received a tracking number or my items dispite them charging my card right away. I have been told one too many times to wait 2-3 days. I've already made arrangments with my credit card company to have this taken care of and if these guys think they are going to get any kind of money from a refund or anything, they have another thing coming. Do not do business with this company. I really think they run this thing out of their basement. The phones are constantly busy and the e-mail replies are very poor. I received one that said nothing more than "2-3 Days". I am fed up. I will post an update on how the lawsuit filing went to help out with anybody elses' problems. 6/29/10 12:07 AM Lousy all around web-store. Made a purchase on some Alpine SPX-17REF 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Audio Component Speakers on May 24, 2010. E-mailed on the 26th asking when the product will be shipped, response was 1-2 bus days from the 26th( two days after ordering). Wrote back on 6/2 asking for a tracking number, they said still haven't been shipped...Wrote again on the 4th, still no tracking..wrote again on the 10th, was told it was back ordered and asked if I could wait a couple days, of course 1-2 days. wrote back on the 14th, they said still pending, may need a few more days. Wrote on the 15th to cancel, they sent a link to order cancellation page. Canceled on the 17th, they said we will see it update. wrote on the 18th asking how long it takes, they said of course 2-3 days. never got a tracking number. after 3 weeks i couldnt get ahold of anybody. canceled 8 days ago still no money back. this is the worst experiance i have ever had on the internet. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO SHOW UP AND SPEAK MAN TO MAN!!!!!!! every review is the same! they take the money, ship nothing, and when you cancel you still cant get your money. be prepared for hours of headaches and be prepared to fight for your money! |

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... DON"T BUY FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO! I placed my order and they immediately charged my card. After 2 weeks I emailed asking if my order had shipped. They responded "Processed out for shipment already." When I asked for a tracking # they did not have one. Then they tell me that the item is actually backordered and I need to wait. I tell then to cancel the order. This was a nightmare. The customer servive was evasive and extremely ambigiuous. Their emails went in circles and got me nowhere. Finally they agreed to cancel my order and refund my money. So, almost 2 weeks later... and still no refund. |

Hi my name is Dan, and DCCA robbed me too. $147.50 since 11/17/09 and still I didn't get a refund yet as of 6/9/10. The emails are all the same as below. They always say 2-3 days or offer another product, or do what ever they can to delay it as much as possible. After 60 days the bank will not refund you. I have filed complaints everywhere I can think of so far, and I will continue to do so until I get my money but I wonder if and when it will happen. How far will it have to go, it looks like hundreds of other people are having very similar problems with DCCA, how can their website still be up and running at this point. I wish I could fit the whole email string in here but its almost 25 different emails, all sounding very generic. Ive called the phone number listed on the website dozens of times, but it always just says they are closed. I am very aggravated with this whole thing, and have spent way to much time dealing with it, and getting no where.... |

I would have to urge other people not to fall for this sham of a business. Ordered my item, Card was charged immediately. A few weeks went buy and I emailed them for an update, "Its going out in a few days" was the reply. The next week, sent them an email again...."it's gonna be a few more days". I then asked for a refund and they said it would ship the next day. I said no and demanded a refund. Their reply was we will work something out. Now the refund is turning into just as big of a run-around. Sad that businesses like this can get away with this stuff. Called my credit card company and they said they would take action to try n get my money back if not refunded by them as a respectable business should. "Dealer Cost Car Audio"? They don't even deserve one star. Order never came even though they billed me right away. After several weeks of being told "update in 1-2 days or less" I canceled my order. Never got my refund either. Also the day I canceled someone stole my card number. Not saying its connected but it is suspicious. I'm disputing it with the credit card company. Its worth the extra bucks to buy somewhere else. |

I ordered. They took my $1009. instantly. They didn't ship but kept saying "tracking # any second"-never happened. I canceled, they confirmed my canceled order and said they would refund. 1 month later they say they have refunded but my bank says they have not. This "company" is a scam. Read the many reviews and check the BBB rating of "F". Then make your purchase somewhere legit. You will be sorry if you give these people your money. This is my worst exp. of online shopping ever. Yes another member of the sucker club. First part of my order was received with reasonable time, although poorly package, however I think I have you all beat on the backorder and money scam. I waited 6 months to receive my product. And it took a relentless amount of emails and requesting my be refunded before they finally sent me a replacement product of inferior quality (IMO) and not even the item we finally agreed on. I'm just glad it wasn't thousands of dollars tied up, but still the frustration of dealing with such an unprofessional (add expletive) business, is just not worth the savings. Unless you are 100 percent confident they are going to ship you what you want, when they committ to actually having it, I would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Dealer Cost Audio |

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an online company!!! Customer service is non-existent, slow processing, no items are in-stock, I don't even think this is a real company; But, they will be more than happy to take your money! 50 days ago placed an order, 45 days since they took my money and finally after canceling 36 days ago I now have my money. I hope you all get your money back I would advise CALLING THE AUTHORITIES if you want DCCA to take you seriously. |

It appears I too am just another sucker in the low advertised prices of dealercostcaraudio, but after weeks of waiting for them to send me my order, I ended up cancelling it and now am dealing with my credit card company to get my refund. It appears they make their money by billing you, and earning the interest on the money until you fight to get it back. What a JOKE of a company, do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars and stay away from this company |

DealerCost Audio was paid on Feb 26th -- a month later item had not even shipped. In the meantime, I wrote several emails trying to work with DealerCostAudio, and their response was always "give it 2-3 days." They even went so far (when I tried to cancel the order and threatened to contact my bank after nearly a month) as to provide a tracking number which curiously remained in "billing status" with UPS. DealerCostAudio finally accepted my request to cancel the order but only after my bank intervened. STAY AWAY from DealerCostAudio. Please publish this without the order number information because DealerCostAudio never provided one. I will happily provide you with emails authenticating this review. |

I placed 2 orders with them and they keep giving me vage information on when they will ship my items. I bought 2 expensive items because I believed in good faith I was dealing with a professional and serious seller... I expect then to answer my last email were a asked them to cancell my orders and give full refund. I will observe how they will manage my cancelation and full refund request and to drive my further actions |

I ordered a product on the 5th of March. On the 17th of March, 12 DAYS LATER, I contacted them via email because I had not heard of them. I threatened to dispute the charge if they did not respond to me. Like scared rodents, they automatically canceled my order, even though I still wanted to follow through with the sale. I only wanted an order update along the way. 12 days without a response. WHO DOES THIS? Anyone would be a fool to buy from this company. |
