I ordered a product that never arrived. I made several phone calls to the company and was told it was in a Wharehouse in Texas and would be shipping the next day. 2 weeks later I cancelled the order. I would not recommend doing business with them. |

Call them to see it a car stero was instock before i order. They told me it was instock..so i order it. They said they'll email my recept and order number..never did. I have to contact them several time and then they finally told me that the item i wanted was back order. I also have to file a fraud claim to my bank for them to refund my funds. Customer sevices was bad and i didn't get what i wanted. I ask for a recept of my order and order number. Claim i had given them a wrong email thats why i didnt recieved my order confirmation. They also have an ebay store with serval negative feed back. i should read them before i order it. |

I MADE A ORDER FROM THEM AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDER WAS ON BACK ORDER . I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDER WAS WAS GOING TO TAKE TWO TO THREE WEEKS BECAUSE THE COMPANY THAT MAKE THE PRODUCT SLOW DOWN ON THERE ORDER TO THEM. I WAITED TWO WEEKS AND I CALL THEM BACK TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY TOLD TO E-MAIL THEM AND I DID IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY FOR THEM. IF I WAS YALL I WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO IT IS BUNCH OF BS WITH THEM. |

i ordered a Jensen 1150watt amp the 23 and it still has not come i do find that the negative comments were from ppl who made accounts one day after another..kinda like one person did it twoice to make ppl not use them.I just hope its late casue the holiday |

I would not recommend this company to anyone. On November 24, 2008 I ordered a remote start for my car. I emailed to check stock and they told me it could ship in 24 to 48 hours. I paid for the 2 day express shipping. They charged my card immediately, for the purchase and the shipping. It is now December 2nd and not only do I not have the product they cannot even confirm the product has shipped. I have a feeling this is only the beginning!
Don't just take my word for it... I should have looked at their review on the Better Business Bureau first! They get an F grade! "We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for it's fraudulent business practices." I called to order an Alpine amplifier for my subwoofers. I'm told it is on backorder, and a JL amplifier is recommended to me. Fine, I'll take it. Nearly a week later I call to see where my amplifier is, and I'm told it's on backorder for a week. They don't tell me it's on backorder when I order it, but they sure didn't forget to immediately charge my credit card. Don't waste your time with this site, there are much better merchants on the internet. Ridiculous. |

I CAN NOT say ENOUGH about this company!!!!!!! THEY ROCK!!!!! My daughter has been wanting a car alarm for 4 years and I ordered it just the other day IN HOPES that they would be able to process it and ship it in time for Christmas...they did better than that!!! It's the day BEFORE Christmas EVE and it's ALREADY HERE!!!!! The representative I dealt with, Nader was positively AWESOME!!! You all have just made the Christmas of a Mother who just lost her job due to our failing economy and this was the only thing I could afford to get her-you are my Christmas ANGELS!!! My experience with Dealer Cost Car Audio was fantastic. If there is a problem with an order, or a product is on back order, they are willing to go the extra mile. If there is ever a concern about a purchase, contact the sales department or customer service via email. The response time is fast and they take action. I made an order on the 23rd of December and received it on the 24th. This is unheard of during the holiday season. In my opinion its a stand up company to do business with. |

I would STRONGLY urge people to not order from this company. IF you get through to them concerning an order they are completly rude and impossible to get through to. My conversation with their "customer service" ended in me bein mocked and hung up on only to see that they had cancelled my order by their own doing and was informed they didnt need my business. Truely a horrible company to do business with. Retailer Response (02/03/2009): We explained to the buyer that UPS does not pick up merchandise on Saturday/Sunday. Buyer was angry that his order that was placed on Friday did not ship until Monday. He requested a cancellation on Monday, and we did so immediately. I apologize this did not work out for you, but please understand that this order was shipping out within 1 business day of your purchase. |

Excellent service, good products, fast shipping, cheapest price out there. You won't even need to know much about the products, all you need to do is tell them the specification you want and the budget you have, the service person will give you the best recommendation. I would definitely order more from them later! |

They are completely unhelpful and unsympathetic and difficult to deal with once they have your money! My card was charged immediately of course. They offered no concessions or assistance to expedite my order.I ordered other items the same day from other online car audio sites and received my merchandise days ago.After waiting 10 days and still no shipping confirmation I emailed them and demanded an explanation.Instead of expediting the issue and taking ownership of their actions they cancelled my order.It has now been 5 days since and I don't even have a pending credit to my checking acct! Go to a reputable site. It is not worth the headache for a few dollars! Retailer Response (02/03/2009): We apologize for the shortage on the product you had ordered. We cancelled your order immediately when requested. |

This merchant generated a shipping label and stated the item had shipped the day after it was ordered. UPS never received the package, and it took a BBB and Charge Back threat to get my order cancelled. Buyer Beware. Unethical at minimum, and on the verge of willingly fraudulent. Retailer Response (02/03/2009): The buyer expected overnight shipping for free, in exchange for the Free UPS Ground Shipping DCCA offers. I apologize we could not accommodate your request for free. We do believe the prices we sell at are the lowest you will find on the web. We immediately cancelled the order at the buyer's request. We are sorry your time constraints and budget constraints did not match your initial order request. |

They had the lowest price I could find on the internet. Placed my order and everything was shipped out the next day. I received the exact parts I ordered. I just finished installing my new cd player and speakers and they sound great. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family. |
