I recommend these guys! I took the chance because they were the only ones that had my lamp in stock and could ship it the same day. They also had the best price. I needed the lamp the next day in order to have it for the weekend. Well, it is now installed and running perfect. I will definately use their service again! |

Best price I could find on the net that was also in stock. Update: I received my order fast. I also received email updates that showed my orders progress all steps of the way. By the end of the first day I had tracking from them that showed my order shipped and when it would arrive. I think they take extra steps that even the big box stores do not take to ensure their customers are taken care of. I was very surprised and impressed with the amount of professionalism put into an order for something as trivial as a projection lamp. Even the small orders (like mine!) seem to be treated like a million dollar sale. I recommend them to all. Oh yeah, and they are GREEN - a VERY BIG PLUS for me! |

I have ordered from Advanced a few times for my repair shop. Each time my order arrived the next day and I have not had a problem yet. I chose to use them because they have the best product for the lowest price. I have ordered the same parts from other vendors and get cheap knockoffs that barely make the cut. Most of the parts I have ordered from Advanced Lamps come with the original Philips or Osram bulb in the housings. So in essence - their compatible and OEM series is the same thing that comes with the units originally! I dont think there is another vendor out there that does this. I will continue to use them for my lamp supply house. |

I ordered a 50" Samsung HDTV. Advanced Lamps website is easy to use and informative. Checkout was easy and quick. I got the TV 2 days earlier than I expected and in perfect condition. Great experience with customer service, they were friendly, knowledgable and effecient. I plan on shopping with advancedlamps.com first for my next electronics purchase |

I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector. Their site was very easy to navigate and the prices were the cheapest I could find. However, you get what you pay for. I ordered on Tuesday, credit card charged immediately, order confirmation sent. By Friday, order had not shipped, sent 2 emails and left one voicemail. I called again on Saturday was told that order would ship out on Monday. Monday, nothing shipped. Sent email and left voicemail. Nobody called me back. Finally called again and was told that the item was not even in stock!!! So I cancelled the order. I wouldn't use this company again. Very bad customer service (quiet rude on the phone) and they shouldn't be taking orders for stock they don't have without letting the customer know this. I would have gone elsewhere had I known this as I needed the bulb immediately. |

Order was priced great, shipped on time,and delivered in good condition (a concern for the lamp I bought as many places are normally out of stock!) and the OEM version works great. My order was easy to track. I highly recommend advancedlamps! |

We placed our order for a JVC replacement bulb & housing unit on 11/30/08. Advanced Lamps had the best price of all their competitors. We received a confirmation email very quickly after we placed the order as well as subsequent emails very quickly detailing the status of our order. The order is already processed and ready for shipment today, 12/1/08. |

Outstanding service and support. They were backed up over the Thanksgiving long weekend and did not post my tracking information as promised. I have to admit I was worried on Monday (I ordered the day before thanksgiving), so I called. I spoke with a rep who took my info and gave me a call back to give me the tracking number and tell me it was posted to my account. The package was delivered to me minutes after we hung up. In the end, they shipped on time, it was just I did not know about it due to the holidays. I got my lamp and that is what counts. I will be back and will be recommending them to friends. Thanks |

I was happy with the price and timely manner that my projector bulb came in, I ordered it on Friday and received it by the following Wednesday. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong bulb so I am now going thru the process of returning this bulb for a new one. So far it has been painless but I will keep you updated. So far I would highly recommend using Advanced Lamps but we will see how this exchange goes. |

Excellent service. Only odd thing was the only communication I got was an invoice and a notification the order was "Processing". Two days later it arrived. No notice that it had shipped. Not a bad thing but unusual. |

They were very good as long as you didn't communicate via email. I emailed them a few times to no avail. When I called, they were able to give me information that my shipment was processed and sent. Unfortunately, the email with shipping information didn't include "who" was the carrier. Strange chain of events but the experience overall was fast and efficient. |

Merchant is recommended for price, quality of product and service. Item shipped same day, HOWEVER due to holiday schedule with UPS the lamp took longer to come from CT to FL than the Three Kings took from the Orient to Bethlehem. If you don't have a spare bulb before the next holiday season, get it in advance or you will be watching the big games and festivities on a 19" tv. Painful but admittedly cozy. Not the fault of the merchant or UPS, just bad timing on my part. |
