(Edited February 28th by Bubblehead57) I was sent the wrong part so I filled out an RMA form on their website and was contacted by someone there and I explained it was the wrong part and gave the part number of the correct part. Shortly after that I was called by another "service representative" and he tried to tell me that it was the same part so I explained to him the differences. I was told to expect an RMA with shipping lable to ship the old part back and a new part would be shipped out to me. I should expect an email to follow up; well I never received the email, the RMA/shipping lable or the new part. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone, some days it's an ACD, some days it's a pager; I can't get anyone to answer my emails. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY!! |

I ordered 2 WD2002FYPS hard drives. Both arrived in good packaging in pristine static bags with seals. Upon opening, I saw that both had large dents and scratches all over the labels. They were not new drives, and had been repackaged to look new. Both of them are DOA as well, one won't spin up, the other works in fits and starts. The label on the drive says warranty void if removed or damaged, and it is damaged, so the drives arrived with voided warranties. I highly recommend no one buy from them, it's not good on any level |

I purchased a WD400BB hard drive and the device stopped working after only 120 days.It had been previously used since another OS came up when I installed it. I thought the drive was new. |

They advertised a hard drive availability on their web-site. I ordered it and paid for it. I received a confirmation from them and from PayPal. I then got a phone call shortly afterward saying the product was not in stock. I canceled the order and asked to credit my PayPal account. This has not happened nor have I heard back from them after 3 emails containing all the data. A simple email robot would have been be nice. They owe me $83.46 and need to credit my PayPal account. |
