Clear, easy to understand process to place an order. Easy to order without registering. One suggestion: the option to be included on the email mailing liist should NOT be pre-checked. This option to receive emails from the company should be "opt-in" not "opt-out." |

I have never bought from BuyDig.com before. I was researching a degital camera online and came across buydig.com The camera was $43 cheaper at buydig than Best Buy and buydig offered free shipping, no sales tax, plus free 8 gig SD memory card and a free camera bag. I placed the order on Monday 04/09/2012 later on that day the price of the camera dropped $7.I called BuyDig and spoke with Nancy who was very nice and said she would send a request to credit me the difference. I got the order and credit for $7 on 04/13/2012. I would recommend BuyDig to all my friends, the only negative was the free camera bag was too small for my new camera since the new camera is a size of a DSLR. |
