I didn't notice any "shipping & delivery dates" during my purchase, that's why I rated it so low. I left Question # 4 blank, because this was the only item I ever saw (I got here via Google Shopping), and I didn't see any "out-of-stock" notice. There's no N/A option, so I didn't want to leave any rating. |

Shipping was ultra-fast... in fact it turns out too fast. I ordered a PC monitor from them through Amazon, and it shipped within 18 hours. Unfortunately it was shipped to my prior address, and I had since moved out of state. Due to Amazon's agreements with third party vendors, changes to the order are not allowed once shipped (confirmed with Amazon). pcRUSH went out of their way to work with me and ultimately refunded my money. I appreciate all of their help, and I won't hesitate to buy from them in the future. |

I made the mistake of shopping based on price alone. After waiting patiently for my item, I called and found that pcRush had arbitrarily cancelled my order, yet never contacted me. They claimed the item was "no longer available" from the manufacturer, but when I anonymously called the 1-800 number and asked if they had the item in stock for immediate shipment, they said yes. pcRush did issue a refund for my "return" (odd, since I never got the item) but they conveniently "forgot" to refund my sales tax. I had to fight to get my last $14 back. Don't be fooled by a great price - AVOID pcRush! |

Free shipping offer vanished when I went to complete my order. We'll see how the actual shipping proceeds. It went quite well with timely emails advising when the shipments left and when I could expect delivery. Still wondering why free shipping disappeared when I went to order, though. |

Ordered a printer on Feb 24 and got a delivery date of March 1. Called on March 2. Fed Ex hadn't picked up the package yet? We were promised a call back which never happened. Called on March 4 and was told they understand how we feel ( (*&!), but they can not cancel the order because they need to track it! They said this time they would get back to us "a few days." We are a small business that needs a printer, so this is costing us. Not sure why customers have to bear the brunt of PCRUSH's problem with FedEX. Next time I will buy from business who actually "delivers the goods." |

....NOT GOOD. THE MERCHANT CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH OUT NOTICE TO ME. SUBMITED PAYMENT TO VISA. AFTER A REASONABLE TIME I CALLED AND MADE AN E-MAIL REQUEST OF THE ORDER. (JUST TO GET MY PAYMENT BACK). YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL THAT SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT MAKE ANY MORE. THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO SCRAMBLE AND HUNT AND GREAT INCONVENIANCE TO GET THE ITEM I WANTED. |

Did a price comparison and over the period of two days the price had gone up by 10.00 with most other companies. So I was not disappointed buying it cheaper with PCRush. Over all the transaction has been very smooth and a good choice. |

I even had questions about a different product and had to call customer service and if I had not gotten the information I needed when I called I would have ordered a product that would not have been compatible with my computer. Didn't have to be placed on hold and got answers to my questions promptly. Would definately reccomend to my family and friends to shop with PCRush.com!!! (Edited December 12th by Emil_D) I've ordered a product called Synology DS1010+ from them, and after ordering and having my cash pending from Google - the item became unavailable. Understandably, that pissed me off. However, they were very helpful - and provided a lot of info about why the product was low in stock - not only with them but other vendors. The reason: product was discontinued. Because they were so helpful I understood what was happening and now I'm waiting for the new product release from Synology. What could have been a negative experience, turned out to be a very positive one through good customer care. |

After checking other web sites, I found this store to have the most comprehensive inventory not that it was what I was looking for but good to know for the future. their site also had some nice suggestions on accessories which I would not have thought about had I not seen them linked with what I was buying. |

I wasn’t sure where or when to buy this 46" TV and it took me awhile to finally decide to buy it. I guess I’m not the type of person that buys large items on impulse, this system hasn’t always worked for me, I sometimes tend to miss out on some great sales and great deals because of it. This particular, sale has worked out just fine and I’m very pleased with the results, thanks to Pcrush. |

PC RUSH called me to make sure that there was no credit card fraud since the order was being sent to an address other than the billing address. Although inconvenient, I appreciated it. I received e-mails informing me of the shipping dates and the merchandise arrived when it was expected. |

I will continue to buy from this merchant. The web site, while easy to navigate, the pricing was very competitive. The previous purchase I made and inquired about had been in stock and I am very pleased with the results as well as my phone conversations with the staff of PC RUSH. |
