My experience shopping here was terrific.They had the best price for the GPS car systems that included shipping. Paying for my order was easy and I received an email confirmation after my purchase. Overall, I'd recommended this retailer because my order came well packaged and I had no issues. |

The purchase experience was excellent, good choice of products at great prices. However, it took 2 days to be shipped out despite it being in stock. My order still arrived in the time frome given but I can't help wonder if I would have got it 2 days earlier had they shipped right away. |

My order didn't arrive within the time limits given for shipping, 2 days overdue and so PC Rush refunded all of the shipping charges. I didn't expect that but I guess that's what good solid companies do to keep their customers happy these days. |

Bought a 42 inch Panasonic plasma TV at the best price available, which is great, and the service was outstanding. Emails all along the way telling me what stage the process was at. That was fantastic. Within ten minutes of ordering on line, I had three emails as to the progress made. My TV arrived the following Tuesday. PcRush saved me $180, and couldn't have been easier. It would be helpful when at the point you will put your credit card info in, to have a button to go back and continue shopping. For instance, bought the printer..got to this point and wanted to order ink also. Just easier for a link to go back and purchase more and get back easily. |

Item was listed as "in stock" on their website. I placed my order which was then confirmed. A day later I got an email saying that "in stock" doesn't really mean that, they only put that to try to "clear out their warehouse" or something. My order was canceled. Needless to say, I will not bother with this company again. |

I found the whole process of ordering to be very satisfactory. The one area it did differ from what was said would happen was at delivery. It was my understanding that the delivery men would unpack the product and take away the packaging boxes. This was not the case and the crew who were otherwise very polite did not offer to do this. Apart from this I remain very satisfied with the overall experience. |
