I ordered a HP3200 multifunction printer/copier/scanner/fax. Before placing the order I needed to ask a few questions. Customer service was very courteous and professional. The unit arrived in perfect condition. No bait and switch like many other on-line retailers. I will definitely be a repeat customer. |

I placed an order on the 8th, was told I would receive in 3-5 business days. Called twice to check on it. I cancelled the order on the 27th when they unapologetically said they couldn't get the product from their vendor. |

1. Order placed next day delivery afternoon of 12/17. Told to expect delivery 12/19 or 12/20. 2. Called 24h later to check order. Not sent, may not be sent for another 24h. I told the young lady to cancel my order. She started to argue that I should'nt expect it that soon. 3. Evening of 12/18 about 6h after I cancelled, I receive E-mail my order not processed because cc co. would not ship to the alternate address. Not true, I called the cc co. right after placing the order. |

The old saying "you get what you pay for" rings true again. Though not the cheapest PCRush proved to be an excellent vendor. I placed my order by phone and was treated very courteously. The dreaded buy accessories or else experience did not materialized as the word accessories was never even mentioned. Though the price was somewhat higher, the shipping was much lower than competitors, the Canon G2 I purchase was a US model in a sealed box with US warranty. Delivery was 3 business days. |

Ordered a HP Jornada 525 and added $40 for fed-ex shipping as I really needed this in a day or two. They called and left a message the following day to call - no details... Despite their web site, they really don't have any in stock. The salesman talked me into an upgrade (Jornada 547) for $10 more which seemed like a deal. The whole conversation was labored as pcrush didn't want to take the time to look up my order number. In the end they charged $40 more. Still waiting to recieve it. |

This was the worst online buying experience I've had. First, their phone setup made it very difficult to get to speak to a human being. Second, I was offended by "bait and switch" tactics when trying to purchase a new Panasonic phone. Third, I was told a new phone would ship on a certain day, but when I called to check status several days later, I was told the phone was not in stock and would not be shipped at all. Lucky I called, I guess. Buyer beware. |

PcRush has indicated for several days that my order of an HP printer is in a "Pending Payment" state. Considering I paid by credit card, I find that hard to believe. Obviously, the site lies about products being in stock. The company has failed to respond to my inquiries. When I tried to cancel the order, the script processing the cancellation simply dumped my request into the bit bucket. I am still trying to cancel my order. Do not buy from this company! |

Absolutely unbelieveable. Our server was hacked and was under continuous attack. We hired a group of consultants to setup a firewall. They recommended a Cisco firewall which we could not find anywhere immediately. They recemmended that we call PCrush which we did. Altough they did not have it in stock, they promised next day delivery which I first did not believe. Their price was about $300 less than the lowest I had found with a long delivery time. I had the firewall at 8.00AM next day. |

I have been trying to get a Sony Clie N760C PDA. The first two times I ordered from somewhere else and both companies charged my credit card and THEN told me that the item was actually out of stock. For the third time I ordered from this company because 1. the price is good, and it has low s&h, and 2. they claim they don't charge until they ship. I am happy to see that the UPS tracking no is available in less than 24hrs. I may buy from them again. |

Best price, best shipping prices and my printer was delivered in 2 days (I paid for standard ground) in perfect condition. I would most definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone consudering a purchase. |

March 4th 2002 I just checked price this morning on a Sony DVD burner and pcRush had the lowest price and and called the number for pcRush.com and was trying to order a sony dvdr and they would not honor the price shown here on tom's hardware guess they are independently rich and do not need my money... |

Terrible operation. Advertised prices not true. Actual shipping costs 20 to 25 dollars higher. Reps answering phone uninformed and rude. Don't use these guys. Too many other good ones out there. |

I ordered a laser jet printer which it said was in stock. They charged my card. When I called to find out the status of shipping they then informed me that it was out of stock and offered me a cheaper model. Their telephone support was curt. I would not order from them. Bait and switch. |

(Edited April 28th by billinaz) I ordered a Sony TRV-608 HI-8 camcorder on the website said it was in stock, it was not. I got a TRV608 box SEALED BY PCRUSH. The manual and cables were for a TRV608. The camera packed inside was a TRV37 (A discontinued model that is regular 8!). It was used!! The tripod screwhole showed signs of use and the bottom was scratched with the stickers peeling off as a result of wear from a tripod. Then they were SLOW to credit my card. |

I tried to order the Canon G2 on a Sunday, received confirmation they'd received the order. When I checked their site Monday, the G2 was out of stock (link in PriceGrabber still indicated in-stock). Sent email requesting additional info or cancel order. Never heard from them. Only good thing is they never charged my credit card. Buyer Beware! |
