I ordered a HP3200 multifunction printer/copier/scanner/fax. Before placing the order I needed to ask a few questions. Customer service was very courteous and professional. The unit arrived in perfect condition. No bait and switch like many other on-line retailers. I will definitely be a repeat customer. |

The old saying "you get what you pay for" rings true again. Though not the cheapest PCRush proved to be an excellent vendor. I placed my order by phone and was treated very courteously. The dreaded buy accessories or else experience did not materialized as the word accessories was never even mentioned. Though the price was somewhat higher, the shipping was much lower than competitors, the Canon G2 I purchase was a US model in a sealed box with US warranty. Delivery was 3 business days. |

Absolutely unbelieveable. Our server was hacked and was under continuous attack. We hired a group of consultants to setup a firewall. They recommended a Cisco firewall which we could not find anywhere immediately. They recemmended that we call PCrush which we did. Altough they did not have it in stock, they promised next day delivery which I first did not believe. Their price was about $300 less than the lowest I had found with a long delivery time. I had the firewall at 8.00AM next day. |

Best price, best shipping prices and my printer was delivered in 2 days (I paid for standard ground) in perfect condition. I would most definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone consudering a purchase. |

I have shopped with this company twice in the past two weeks and have been very happy with the service. Both times, the items I wanted were shipped out the next day. I would and have recommended a friend to this site. I ordered the HP750xi and an USB cord (was noted not included w/the printer). A c/s rep called me a day or so later to ask me if the USB cord I ordered was what I really needed. You see, the one pictured next to the printer was actually an extension and would not have served my purpose. The rep took the time to check with me first! The c/s is awesome, prices are great and the time for std. delivery is good! Kudos! |

I ordered a Sony DCR-TRV30 Camcorder from pcrush.com which I was in a BIG rush for a wedding. They only had one in stock, with another customer's order ahead of mine. They substituted a Sony DCR-Trv50 and discounted it by $100 to the same price. The order was at 4:30 - shipped at 5:30 - and the salesperson was very helpful |

I ordered a refurbished Olympus camera from pcRUSH.com because of the low price on their website. 2 days later I got a call saying that it was out of stock. I talked to the CSR on the phone and he offered to send me a brand new one (not refurbished) that he did have in stock for the same price! I received the camera a few days later and I love it. There were other web sites offering the same camera for a similar price but most of them had bad reviews. This was a great online buying experience. |

I went online at pricegrabber.com looking for the best price for an HP 1200 printer/scanner/copier. I found that "best price" at PCRUSH.com. I placed my order and was on my way. Much to my surprise I received a telephone call from one of the sales associates who informed me that he could upgrade the model I chose and also save me over $100! First of all I couldn't believe that a vendor was calling me to allow me to "save money" instead of spending more! Top-notch, A+ vendor!!!!! |

After shopping around in Internet for some time, I was about to lose my confidence to shop for any merchandise through Internet, but every thing changed since I started to deal with PcRush.com computer supply when I purchased an HP printer 4100M. Despite the friendly and courteous encounter from PcRush.com representative, I wasn't sure until I got the printer in my hand on time. For that I give them 5 to go specially when I camper their prices with other merchants, they give me the best offer. My next deal with them now is a 17 inch flat panel screen and a Nikon digital camera, certainly they got my business |

I will look at PCRush's price from now out. Even if it were a bit above the price of another vendor (and it is frequently less), it would be worth it for their customer service! On a recent laptop purchase of mine, their rep really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Satisfied, I am! They do have bargain prices, but top-drawer service, in my opinion. |

I bought a Canon PowerShot G2 from pcrush at a very good price, the lowest I could find at that time. Ordering was easy. The online order status was accurate. Delivery was as fast as expected (2nd day Air). The camera arrived in perfect condition. Conclusion: I am very happy with this store and will consider it for future purchases. |
