Great customer service. Prices are super low. Bought tv shipped pretty fast brand new. Website was easy to use and the salesman were excllent and very well educated with the products and helped every step of the way before and after the sale.Much better prices and shopping experience then the local big box stores. Will do buissnes with again. |

placing the order was painless, have to withhold jugdement on merchant until I receive the product, review the product and service after I receive the product Received product, exterior of packaging was damaged, no sign of damage to product inside. I would have refused package if I wasn't allowed to check interior. I was disappointed in amount of time between purchase and receiving product. I have purchased numerous items on internet and this was the longest wait for product to arrive at my residence. I would probably try another store in the future |

I've wanted a 65" Panasonic V10 Plasma TV since they hit the market. I finally saw the price that pushed me from looking to buying. I just bought a Panasonic Viera TC-P65V10 Plasma TV from JustBuyElectronics.com for $2490 along with a MACK 5 year extended warranty for $250, both pr. Ordered placed on July 27 with FREE shipping and was delivered on 3 Aug in PERFECT condition. First this TV has to be the finest big screen TV you can buy for home use. Second JustBuyElectronics.com was a breeze to deal with, every call was answered in a few rings by an "American" who was pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions, I never felt rushed. In fact other manufacture Customer Service centers should take lessons from JustBuyElectronics.com. And lastly Manna Distribution Services was just as good getting the TV delivered. Didn't see anything about out of stock. Not completely sure about notification if shipping is delayed. Site itself is very user friendly. Not accustomed to requirement for credit card bank name and tel #. |

Probably one of the best merchants I've conducted business with online. Ordered a 55" Samsung LED 3D TV and a Blu Ray Player on Saturday night. Received a call from the merchant on Monday morning (as expected from all of the reviews). The Rep was friendly and great. The Blu Ray player arrived on Wednesday through FedEx for free and the TV arrived on Friday through Manna Distribution Services for free (the service was great as well). A month ago, my 2 1/2 years old 61 inch Samsung dlp TV had white dots. I decide buy Sony 60ex700 to replace it.I looked the Amazom first,the price was $2384. Than I looked the Internet,some Company offer very low price,but reviews are bad.I don't want to take risky buy TV from them. Finally I found Justbuyelectronic offers low price and reviews are good,I decide to try. I call the Company first, want to see if anyone answer phone or how long I need to wait. surprise me was no waiting, a lady answer the phone was very polite and nice. I felt the company I can trust.I placed order on the website right way. second day, I got call from Eric to confer my order, he also very polite and nice.After 3 days my credit was charged and TV shipping on the way. I called shipping Company(Manna) made delivery day. Today I recievd my new TV. |

This company was fabulous to deal with. Our TV had a manufacturer defect and they addressed it immediately and got a new tv shipped out to us in a very expediant manner. Would recomend them to anyone.Living in Utah we thought it might be a problem but it was a very good experience. Thank-you |

I purchased a 65" plasma 3d tv and added the white glove deliver service. This was the way to go - no muss, no fuss, and not trash to haul away. Excellent customer service and very knowledgable. Ask for Eric!! |
