Asking telephone # and name of credit card bank? Ridiculous! Very annoying extra steps in check out. You should know all of that info from the credit card number. This is the first time ANYONE has asked for that info. regarding Shipping ratilng: info is not readily apparent. I'm hoping it's better than amazon. Thanks and best wishes. |

I had very positive experience with JustBuyElectronics.com? when I purchased a 50-inch plasma TV. They shipped quick. The only negative was, they didn't sell screen calibration DVD for plasma TV when I asked. But that's okay. |

I ordered a Blu-Ray player. Everything about placing my order was fine. What was amazing was a follow-up phone call, his name was Eric, to make sure I had everything I needed so I would be able to use the player as soon as it arrived, without having to make another trip to the store for cables or whatever. Great customer service! A few weeks later Eric called again to make sure the device was working properly and to see if I had any questions about its operation. He is a technician and gave me his phone number in case I had trouble in the future. Like I said, great customer service. By the way, the Blu-Ray player I bought was a very good deal -- great price and teriffic performance. I highly recommend doing business with JustBuyElectronics.com. I am a very happy customer. |

I was skeptical about the transaction at first. However, Eric and Kevin were EXTREMELY patient and polite. They were cordial in every way possible. The staff at both JustBuy Electronics and Manna Shipping and FedEx are so professional, they have their operations down to a science. This was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had, period. I would definitely purchase from JustBuy Electronics again without hesitation, and have already recomended them to others. |

No issues with the product thus far. I believe many will feel misled not being able to access the Internet beyond Viera Cast, but that is Panasonic's fault, not yours. I love the fact that there was no shipping charge. Keep up the good work. |

This is my 2nd big screen I bought from you. Only thing this time the second TV box came damaged and the pedestal looks like it got shifted in transport. I'm not sure who to ask in regards to this. |
