(Edited December 11th by daveburke) I haven't recieved my plasma TV and accessories yet, but Just Buy Electronics (I dealt with Jen) was really good, though it took too long for them to answer the phone. They beat the next best price by $55 ($799 to Just Buy's $745). Jen new her products very well. Let's see if they get the TV here as promised.
Update 12/11 - I recieved my TV at the earliest date given to me. Again, working with the sales people at JustBuy was a pleasure. I could not be more pleased with the service and attention I received from the people at JustBuy. I was initially skeptical to do business due to the lack of reviews, but I must say that I could not have had a more positive experience. The salesman, Steve, was incredibly attentive to all of my needs. He was very knowledgeable in guiding me towards making the most appropriate purchase. They delivered the set as promised on time in perfect condition using in home delivery. Moreover, their price was the best from among all of the vendors for the model I choose. I am happy to say that I have found a reliable trusted vendor that I will return to time and again for future purchases. Time to buy a surround sound system. (Edited January 08th by juanmoran) Although JBE and I got off to a rocky start (there was some confusion with customer service over my plasma TV's order status and when/if it was going to ship), they have an excellent business model centered on great customer service. To clear the confusion, I received a call from JBE's owner who apologized for the missteps, personally handled my order and ensured it shipped immediately, and completely restored my confidence in them. They're a new company that I think is experiencing some growing pains from their own success. If my order arrives as promised, I'll update my rating from a 4 to a 5. - 1/7/10 - Arrived as promised! |

Steven aka Stevie Wonder at justbuyelectronics was an extremely helpful salesperson. He took care of my needs and answered all my questions. The shipping was superfast and came in earlier than I was originally told.... which is always good. The product box was in excellent condition and the delivery person even helped deliver it to the 1st floor on which I live. The price on this excellent TV was the best that I have come across so far, and the TV itself is wonderful. my wife and I are looking forward to enjoying the holidays with the Panasonic TC-P50V10 that we bought for this Christmas. Steven also gave me a great price for a 4-year extended warranty, if the need to use it arises. I would definitely come back to justbuyelectronics to complete my electronic equipment needs in the future, and would highly recommend this friendly and fast-service store to my friends and relatives, and anyone looking for a good deal on great electronic items. |

I feel I got an awesome deal on 2 panasonic tc-p50g10 50" plasma tv's, Mack 3 year warranty, extreme cables 12ft. and tilting plasm tv mounts. Steve was very helpful putting together everything I needed. I also like that everything will be placed in my home for inspection before the deliver person leaves. On 12/26 I ordered the SONY BDV-E300 HTIB.I was a bit concerned that JustBuyElectronics had only 11 reviews at the time. I checked PriceGrabbers and found out they just started out. I received my order today 12/30. It only took 4 days from order to delivery. I received my order in perfect condition. I am VERY PLEASED and would DEFINITELY use them again in any future purchases, and recommend them to a friend. |

I ordered a PANASONIC 54G10. Steven was very helpful in getting the tv to my house in the time frame I needed it. I also purchase a 4 year protection plan for my tv at a reasonable rate from Steven. Tv arrived with a crack in it do to the delivery company. I called Steve and he had a new one on it's way to me by the time i got off the phone. If you are thinking of purchasing high end electronics, you can't beat the price and customer service at Just Buy. |

After speaking to their friendly staff, they informed us that Panasonic literally discontinued this product the same day. Although the product was unique, Just Buy was willing to offer a newer and more expensive product for the same price. They also offered to speed up delivery time and throw in some cables for the inconveinence. As a business owner that purchases many electronics throughout the year, their customer service and value will easily encourage me to do business again. |

I ordered this Sony 32" Bravia LCD digital TV on December 28th and received it on December 30th. The price was the best on the internet and it was free ground shipping. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the product is superb. I would highly recomend this company to anyone who is looking for a new digital LCD TV. |
