Shipping cost brought the product almost back up to the cost it was sold elsewhere. Your website made it sound like you were saving $11+ on the item. but your shipping was over $9.00 which gave an actual savings of about $2. |

they way "Pay Pal Direct" was used as opposed to Credit Card actually threw me for a loop and delayed my process for a second thinking i would have to open up a Pay Pal account. Only after "taking the risk" of clicking the button not sure if it would take me to a page I would then have to retreat from was an unwanted feeling. Other than that i think their is quite the range of products that look nice. |

So far the products I have ordered are good, but I have read the return policy on some of their other merchandise, and it has left me with room for concern. Bottom line be careful what you purchase, the return policy for refurbish is different than for new merchandise. Aside from that the two times I have ordered from Sobongo has been good in terms of what I ordered with a average rating for delivery that you pay for. |
