Customer service contacted me to see if they could do anything to give me a better experience, explained that in order to get their low prices they are not a Canon dealer but sell directly to the public. Just make sure you are okay without Canon's warranty! (old review) After I placed my order for the 5D Mark II camera, I got a call from customer service telling me that I needed to also purchase a more expensive battery costing over $150 (I was told the one it came with only held a 30 minute charge), and was also told that I needed to buy a $199 extended 3-year warranty since it only came with a 90-day warranty. I called Canon and they verified that the battery it should come with (LP-E6) should last 500-600 photos, and that all EOS cameras come with a one-year warranty (just like I thought). I FINALLY found out that BestPricePhoto sells a "gray market" product that is different and not backed by Canon's warranty. |

Website itself looked a bit dated and layout looked sort of sloppy with the "Take advantage of these deals" banner that took up 6 lines on every page. However I really couldn't care less - the prices were significantly lower than anywhere else I have seen. I would definitely recommend the site to a friend. |

i am a 1st time user of this site price grabber which i found through doing research online for a Digital Camera i was looking, i found Bestpricepphoto to be one of the cheapest sites being listed for the camera i was looking for and had a lot of good reviews too so i placed my order online got a confirmation call to verify my information and the guy suggested a couple of items for my camera but was not very pushy and actually was very professional. got my camera in 2 days after placing my order what a service! Placed my order online early on Friday; called a few hours later to verify everything was in order and the item was in stock. The sales person verified both and asked if I needed memory cards or spare batteries. I said no and he put the order thru with no problem. Item shipped on Monday and was received on Thursday. Excellent all the way around!! Also, the product that was received was new in the box with no issues so far!! |

I got a fantastic deal on the Canon Rebel T2i kit I bought. I talked to customer service a few times to be sure I would have the camera in time for my trip and they were very helpful. The item arrived the day after I spoke to them! It came in the original box, packed very carefully in an outer box. I also received a free gift of a bag and accessory kit. The bag is very nice. I had no problem registering it on the Canon website. I couldn't be happier and would definitly shop here again. |

I had a tremendous results with Best Price Photo. They were $100 cheaper than anyone else. I checked into the grey market rumor but they promise they come with USA warranties and I just registered it with Canon USA and had no problems. Camera was shipped in original packaging and had not been altered and it came with everything promised. There was no solicitation for a further sale. Overall, I had an excellent experience with BPP. |

Searched for best price on Internet for Canon EOS T2i and reached BestPricePhoto.com. The price offered by BestPricePhoto.com is almost too good to be true compared with other retailers. I was a little bit wary when reading some bad reviews saying that the Cameras sold by BestPricePhoto.com are from grey market and do not have US warranty. However, there are also more good reviews about the seller. So I decided to give a try. The item I received is brand new and has US warranty (I registered it on Canon USA website). BestPricePhoto.com called me next day to confirm and verify my order. Item arrived in 8 calender days after I placed my order online (regular ground shipping). So I guess those bad reviews saying grey markets come from competitors? I definitely will shop on BestPricePhoto.com in the future and will also recommend to my friends and colleagues. They have really very good price. |
