Had a couple of issues with getting the order to go through because my credit card company flagged the purchase. The customer service was helpful and worked with me on this. The camera works great and the price was almost $100 lower than amazon! |

BEWARE BPP bribes with free gift into leaving 5 star fbk so these ratings are skewed. I placed order on Mon. Thurs night at 9:40PM (EST like BBP) Call from salesman up selling me on memory and extra camera battery. Albeit, both are great ideas. They fail to ship, email or send an updated invoice with order-had to request one via email. Still never got it so had to call and request one. The sales guy also told me the TWO free gifts I 'supposedly' got with order was an either or choice-I could only get one but my invoice showed 2. Customer Service has odd hours–only 30 hours a week! If you place the order as guest there’s NO WAY to track order or contact BPP about your order. You have to call them. Emails went unanswered-I check my spam folder! The camera was defective. Replace battery warning always came on. Called BPP-they took the info-said the manufacturer would contact me. Never did. Finally called Canon. They took care of the issue–said BPP never contacted them about my Camer |

My terrible experience so far involves all aspects mentioned in many other one or two star reviews excluding the card frauding (yet). Canon T3i body (Friday order) followed by representative calling me on Monday to confirm the order. He lied to me about the battery parameters and afterwards the product specification itself. This is my about twentieth online purchase since I came to United States year ago, and the uniquely worst so far. For the very first time, I had to yell to make the representative let me finish my many times started and interupted sentences. Pity I originally followed high number of positive reviews aggregated at Google Product search, which was an obvious and dull mistake, as it seems 99% of these reviews are FAKE heavily promoted by the bespricephoto.com staff. Next time I will read some one star bits along. I canceled my order via email right after the call w/ rep., with no response yet. Credit card however already charged. BEING SANE, STAY AWAY OF THIS |

I was very pleased with this seller. I had bought a Canon T2i, my first SLR camera, for myself. The price was great, hundreds less than Amazon and other sellers. Everything was included in the package that was unopened. Since I bought it right before the New Year I did not receive a shipping order until after the 1st of January even though I had purchased it on the 28th of December. I called and they sent it out that day. I received my camera 2 days after they said they had shipped it. I was very skeptical after reading some of the reviews on PriceGrabber about BBP and was very pleased to see that there was no hassle. I am looking forward to making a purchase with BBP again and would recommend them to others. |

I ordered this right before New Year's weekend, so it took a little while to be processed and sent out (5 days). If you order anything expensive from this website, make sure to check your email because you will have to call and verify your order before they ship it out. I got my package a couple of days before the delivery estimate via Fedex, with free shipping. Their price for the camera was $90 less than I had found elsewhere and it also came with a free camera starter kit. The kit included a camera case, which is nice because I thought I would have to buy one. The description of the starter kit said it included a tripod, I figured if it was free, it would be one of those mini 3" table top ones, and it was. They probably should mention that, but it's not a big deal for me because it was free and I already have a tripod anyway. Overall, it was a good experience and I have recommended this site to a friend who is also looking for a good deal on a camera. |

The Canon Rebel T3i camera arrived in the expected time frame in good shape. Also received free gift (headphones) along with order. I received a call from their sales dept when they were filling the order. He told me that the camera did not come with a flash memory and did I want to add to my order a high-speed, 32 GB flash memory card for $109. I told him yes. It was also properly included in my order. I did some online research regarding the card but couldn't find any specifications. DigitalExtreme Professional Grade Memory was the name of the card and it was touted by the salesman as being Ultra High Speed. Regardless of its dubious "pedigree", it seems to work as described. |
