I think you have greater opportunity to compete against the likes of Amazon..etc, if you offer great deals to your consumers. Also, need to give a face lift to your web site, so consumers feel more confident to shop on your store front. Good Luck. |

I just placed the order yesterday so it has not arrived yet but they did call me to verify there was no fraudulent use of the credit card. The price was the best available by far. Looking forward to receiving the Canon EOS Rebel XS! |

I have not yet received my order but had to call to confirm my order. The representative, Ken, was very friendly and helpful. I was offered some accessories that were not needed so I declined and wasn't pressured to buy. So far overall service is great and will do business with them again. |

It went very well so far. They called to confirm the order and said they would ship out UPS instead of USPS. Hopefully it will come sooner then 9 days. I'll write back once I receive the order. |

I can't wait for my Canon T1i order to arrive. If the product quality is as good as the customer service then I will be very pleased. I could not find a better price on the Internet or area Electronic stores for the amount of equipment and accessories ordered from Best Price Electronics. The Best Price customer service rep was extemely helpful in putting together needed upgrades at very discounted prices. |

I haven't received my shipment yet but they have best price on internet that I could find. Sales guy called and let me know about updgrades/accessories available. Will repost after I receive my camera. So far a very good experience. |

Had a good experience. Someone called me to add other accessories to my order but wasn't too persistent when I declined. I have not received the order yet so can't speak to that. But so far so good. |

I have purchased 2 Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 cameras. the first one I ordered in red. I promptly received a call saying that the red version was not available. They shipped a black version within 3 days at no charge. Great service! |

About 1 hour I placed my order, I got a call from Joseph. He asked me about what I was going to use the camera for and suggested accessories. He also stated that the battery that comes with the camera has poor performance. Will post more when I receive the order. Good experience so far. |

Ordering was straightforward; they should post the fact that camera equipment has American warranty more visibly. Almost didn't buy from them because that warranty info was hard to find. Just hope the product lives up to their prices!! |

So Far, these folks have been terrific. They called the day after I ordered (Thanksgiving) to confirm the order. I had forgotten to enter the code for the free bluetooth device, so I was glad to hear from them. They took the opportunity to suggest that I purchase some batteries and a card with the camera. I already had a card that will work fine with the camera, and on their website they state that lithiums come with the camera. We shall see. The point is moot, as I maxed out my card to get the GREAT deal on the camera, no way to buy anything, even if I wanted to. Explained this to the rep, and he immediately and cheerfully agreed to enclose the bluetooth headset, AND upgrade the shipping so I would have the camera in a few days. Gracious, non pushy customer service, and I have no problem with a merchant trying to increase a razor thin margin by a small useful add on purchase. I will definitely by from these folks again, If all arrives without issue. |
