I think you have greater opportunity to compete against the likes of Amazon..etc, if you offer great deals to your consumers. Also, need to give a face lift to your web site, so consumers feel more confident to shop on your store front. Good Luck. |

I just placed the order yesterday so it has not arrived yet but they did call me to verify there was no fraudulent use of the credit card. The price was the best available by far. Looking forward to receiving the Canon EOS Rebel XS! |

I have not yet received my order but had to call to confirm my order. The representative, Ken, was very friendly and helpful. I was offered some accessories that were not needed so I declined and wasn't pressured to buy. So far overall service is great and will do business with them again. |

It went very well so far. They called to confirm the order and said they would ship out UPS instead of USPS. Hopefully it will come sooner then 9 days. I'll write back once I receive the order. |

I haven't received my shipment yet but they have best price on internet that I could find. Sales guy called and let me know about updgrades/accessories available. Will repost after I receive my camera. So far a very good experience. |

So Far, these folks have been terrific. They called the day after I ordered (Thanksgiving) to confirm the order. I had forgotten to enter the code for the free bluetooth device, so I was glad to hear from them. They took the opportunity to suggest that I purchase some batteries and a card with the camera. I already had a card that will work fine with the camera, and on their website they state that lithiums come with the camera. We shall see. The point is moot, as I maxed out my card to get the GREAT deal on the camera, no way to buy anything, even if I wanted to. Explained this to the rep, and he immediately and cheerfully agreed to enclose the bluetooth headset, AND upgrade the shipping so I would have the camera in a few days. Gracious, non pushy customer service, and I have no problem with a merchant trying to increase a razor thin margin by a small useful add on purchase. I will definitely by from these folks again, If all arrives without issue. |

I order a Sony DSC-HX5V camera from this merchant on Thanksgiving day and got a call from Joseph of Customer Service three days after Thanksgiving. He was very polite and nice. He confirmed my order and even promised to ship me the free camera case and tripod that I forgot to check up. Thank you Joseph and I hope to receive my new camera soon. |
