Item received in excellent condition, price was astoundingly competitive. Shipping was fast and since I was a first time buyer, customer service called to verify credit card information and were helpful in dispensing advice on additional upgrades to the purchase. Easy shopping, good experience. Highly recommended. |

Definitely one of the most unique experiences I've had as far as online shopping goes. They called me within a few hrs to confirm my order(never had anyone do that). Now thats what I call excellent customer service. Shipping is very very fast. Website is well constructed and easy to use. Another bonus for shopping at this website is if you make an account with them, you'll earn rewards points for anything you buy. Savings for you on your next purchase. As if, the prices weren't competitive already. Good place to check out. Highly recommended. Buy with confidence. |

They never shipped what I ordered. Refused to make it right. Very rude, unprofessional. Forced to dispute transaction with credit card company. Avoid Cripsdeals at all costs. Retailer Response (05/24/2010): We admit that we shipped the wrong item by error however we immediately offered to pickup the wrong item at absolutely no extra cost to customer and offered to ship replacement VIA "UPS 3 day select" and NOT regular ground as customer originally ordered "FREE SHIPPING" and never paid for any shipping charges. However customer unfortunately refused to give US a chance to make it right and to ship a replacement and demanded an immediate refund. we explained that refund will be issued upon equipment return. Customer got upset and accused us of many things that we're not. Customer was promised a FULL REFUND upon us receiving the wrong item back. |

Customer service failed to fix an overdraft caused by false information provided by the company. They told me one price but charged me another and refused to fix it. Retailer Response (05/24/2010): customer service rep wasn't authorized to issue a refund to the customer after customer was charged "fee" from his bank for overdraft. It is not our responsibility to cover "overdraft" fees charged by a third party. Despite the fact, our customer service manager attempted to contact the customer and offer him a one-time complimentary credit for the "overdraft fee", so we can keep him a satisfied customer, however unfortunately customer never returned our phone calls or emails. |

I ordered an amplified Bazooka bass tube from Crisp Deals. I installed the unit and immediately noticed something was wrong. It buzzed and did not work. I found loose screws from the amplifier rolling around inside the tube. I called and got an RMA number and asked for an exchange. It was obvious this unit was a 2nd or a reburbished unit. I paid $17 to return it. A couple weeks later, I got the same unit returned to me saying it was repaired. I installed it again to hear low buzzing noises. I called again for an 2nd RMA number and paid another $17 to return it for a refund. I paid $34 in return shipping costs and have nothing to show for it. When I ask for an exchange, that is what I expected. |
