Actually something really cool happened!!! There was a small error on the web page where what I thought I ordered was a different item. They called me to confirm what I wanted and upgraded me to a much better item for only 10 Bucks more because of their mistake. Tony helped me alot and I think I would refer Crisp Deals to all my friends :) |

A great price, but they sent me the wrong item. When I called customer support to rectify the situation, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping costs in order to receive the correct item. I pleaded, explaining that I shouldn't have to bear the burden of someone else's mistake; I was told that they didn't know if it was their mistake or the manufacturer's (packaging error?), and that their policy clearly states that the cost of shipping on returns for ANY REASON is to be paid by the customer. I was given an RMA number and told that I could include a note to the shipping department with the returned item, explaining the situation, and that perhaps they would consider reimbursing me for the return shipping costs. I was not allowed to speak to shipping, however, so that I could make an informed return decision. I decided that, rather than risk not being reimbursed, I'd just use the item they sent me, which will probably work okay. price: A+ service: D- |

The product was as described and a great priced. The only reason that they did not get a 5 star rating is that it took a long time to get the item and I can't register it with Boston acoustics. By the way, it was noted on the website that it would take that long to receive the item. Great site and prices! |

The good thing is that customer services responded my email messages rather promptly, usually within one business day. On its website it says it ships within 72 hours but my order took almost a week to ship out after twice contacting their customer service. Their price is great and I received the Yamaha RX797 new and sealed in its original box as advertised. Based on interactions with their customer services I would venture to say they do want to get things done right and promptly--you just need to keep an eye on the order and let them know as soon as you see an issue. |

The price was literally $120 lower than everybody, including the maufacturer. I was skeptical when they emailed me back saying the item is new in box. When it arrived a few days after I ordered it, the item was new in box. All parts were factory sealed and looked like the box was never open. I would definately buy from this company again. |

I first ordered an Alesis drum kit from CrispDeals. I checked several sites and their price was more than 10% less than any other site I checked out, and the shipping was about half the cost of most sites. I called immediately to get an idea of the shipping date and projected arrival. I was connected to customer service and received a prompt and professional reply. The drums arrived on time and in great condition. So, after that experience I decided to order an amplifier for that drum kit and started shopping around. Again, I returned to CrispDeals, and once again found not only the best price, but free shipping for that particular item. The amp arrived within five days without upgraded shipping! What a great surprise! Both the drums and the amp are great. I have already recommended CrispDeals to several friends, and I'll always check in with them before buying from anyone else online. Kudos for great products, great prices, great service, and fast and reasonable shipping! |

My monitor speaker arrived before I expected it. It was new in a factory sealed package. The price was below Ebay vendors and a back-ordered Korg tuner showed up in the same package. Everything works great. ChrispDeals is the place to shop. Thanks Tony. |

Not Military friendly, Will not ship to APO/FPO!! Customer service line filled with Rude reps. But...Cheap prices compaired to most. For US military overseas...you must use ShipitAPO.com....then pray. |
