Dell is way too concerned about making more money off me when I'm ordering, making me wade through offers and ads while trying to buy. Also there were several unnecessary screens and several unnecessary sections of screens, while buying. An unbiased consultant should walk through the site to buy something and experience all the unnecessary crap - and then tell Dell - they obviously haven't walked through the site in a long time - or don't give a damn. Also - I shouldn't have to have a password to buy. Overall Rating

The system was extremely slow. It took 5 tries between last night and this morning before I was finally able to finish. Each time I thought, did it go through or should I try again? I got as far as 'order submit' each time. I tried calling last night 3 times and it appeared be be answered by someone in India. They transfered me and I promptly got disconnected twice. The 3rd time a recording said they're closed and to call between 9-9. I still don't know if my order got submitted multiple times. I'll have to call between 9-9. Overall Rating

Just wish you could order the configuration you need, without having to get items you don't want. Had a relative order the same exact laptop at a better price, but customer service did not have "access" to this pricing - and it was just last month. And there was no one else available to discuss it with - hmmmm. It is what it is. Been a customer for a long time, but certainly feel that no longer matters. Overall Rating

The biggest issue I had was the shipping address and billing address. I feel that the shipping address are focused on residential shipping address, a better tutorial for shipping to military addresses would be appreciated. Overall Rating

Shopping experience itself was fine. My problem with Dell is that their batteries and plugs constantly fail and are an utter RIPOFF to replace. What's worse is that the coupon they recently sent me for "electronics and accessories" excludes batteries! Is a battery not an accessory. And don't even get me started on how many hard drives I've had to replace. Once a loyal customer with 4 laptops I have had it with Dell and will never buy from them again. Overall Rating

The ad stated $39.99 for Download - Intuit Quicken Home and Business 2012. I was redirected to Dell where the price was $64.99 with free shipping [for a download-come on]. Ok, that is still a saviings. I went through the checkout process where the final price was $70.99 plus tax of course. But shipping was still free for the download. But wait there was no download link and the estimated delivery date is 2/21/2012, for a download. O yes and do pass this on to Dell. Overall Rating

I wanted to buy a series 15 ink bundle. I scrolled thru about 15 pages and was unable to find it. I searched for v105 ink. and finally got to a page where both the color and black ink were. I could only order the black and there was no button to continue shopping. I had to go back to the home page and again use the search option to get back to the color ink. I was on the phone for over 2 hrs trying to get an order corrected. I kept getting transfered, disconnected, and wrong numbers each time. Dell has to get English American born people for customer service. The ones they have are simply inept, poor speaking, and unkowlegable. I like dell products, but their service is inacceptable.
