I ordered DIGITAL PHOTO FRAME on 27th Oct with delivert datetime of "Delivery within 5-10 Business Days".
I haven't received anything till 29th Nov. I keep getting mail every week that your order is delayed and today(29th Nov) when I called them they said it will take another 2 weeks to ship.
They are not sorry about delay, instead they think its our mistake and we should have patience....
Do NOT belive on this guys when they said, ready for ship or available online.
Retailer Response (12/01/2010): We have informed you several times when Mfg changed their ETA (estimated to arrival day). We strongly suggested you not to wait because this repeat delay indicated Mfg had difficulty to fulfill the orders. We did not mind to contact you when the ETA get changed even that is very time consuming and dedicated tasks. However, you ignored the suggestion, insisted to wait,and blamed us not informed you the ETA correctly ! That is not too nice. We are not Mfgs and we have no contral of ETA at all. We wish you have had listened to us and cancelled the order. |

Upon ordering a Blu-ray player, I was inform item was on back order. Three days later item was reported in-stock, but no evidence of shipping. However, my credit card was charged. A few days later, I was provided a Fedex shipping number. A week past and the item as reported by Fedex was never shipped. Next Warehouse place the burden on me to file a claim with Fedex. However, Fedex never received the package from Next Warehouse. Apparently, Next Warehouse only generated a shipping label but never requested Fedex to pick up the item. I've since ordered this item from another vendor with no problems and disputed the charge with my credit card company. |

Called in today to ask a few questions about a item i was intrested in because i saw it at a great price.The rep i spoke to made me feel extremly uncomfortable because he couldnt answer any of my questions.The rep then asked me to please hold and then just hung up the phone on my face what kind of people work there,Unbelievable .If you cant answer a question why cant he just say i do not know instead of treating a potential customer like crap and then making me feel uncomfotable for asking a normal question...I will never ever order anything from a company like this in my life Listen to the other buyers reviews,I thought i would give them a chance because of the great price but i guess price is not everything..Not only will they never receive my business but i will make sure that people know not to buy from people like this ever again..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE...
