My first purchase from this company. Everything was very easy to go through. Time frames fo rthe free shipping are not listed so I am not sure how long ground shipping may be. |

I'm still early in the process, placing the order is usually the easiest thing to do. The real test is receiving the order in a timely manner and without hassles. While writing this review I received the receipt and order processed and approved for shipping. If everything goes as it started out I will be one happy camper. I received the product with in the specified time line given by SuperSupply.com. I was very well pleased with the entire process. |

Their web site is very misleading and customer service absolutely sucks. Avoid this place. Searched for a part number of a drive needed and order directly from the search results page. Ordered 5 drives of what I thought to be new drives and we received used drives. Search results and order page said nothing about new/used and I assumed the drives were new, since they were more than Newegg and other vendors' brand new units. Drives looked to have been through a war. Entire labels were missing from a few of them. Called and tried to return them and they wanted to charge 20% restocking plus $8.50 handling. I presented my case to them and they wanted to hear nothing about any of it. They only thing that they were interested in was one thing, making money anyway they could. I asked about paying the higher price for new (sic) drives and returning these and they still wanted to charge restocking fee. Avoid this place like the plague. I will never buy from them again. |
