Extremely pleased with the level of responsiveness and personal attention we received with our order at ServerSupply. We had an emergency situation with one of our key production servers being down with two bad hard drives in an array. The sales rep at ServerSupply read our urgent comments in the web order and immediately called us to tell us he had personally delivered the drives to the final FEDEX shipment. We had the drives the next morning and were fully functional by lunch! |

Ordered my hard drive at 6 PM Eastern time with Standard Overnight Shipping and received my hard drive the next day. Packaging was better then I have had from hard drive manufactures. These guys are better then any I have dealt with in New York and I would and have recommended them to everyone that I know. AAAA++++ Vendor, period... |

I ordered seagate 73gb hard and recived it after 2 days later by UPS ground. The customer service was execellent and tech support was very knowlegable. the drive was brand new. i will definitely buy from them again. |

These folks are terrific! I thought I had a power supply problem and they ended up sending me 3 power supplies and didn't charge me any extra for them or for shipping. As it turned out it wasn't a power supply problem after all, and I can return all 3 power supplies and they will give me my money back and they even offered to pay the shipping to return them. Tremendous customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend them for everyone. |

One of the few vendors who had the Cisco Gigabit switch we needed in stock. The order was placed at 9:08am. I received the order confirmation email at 9:09am and the shipping confirmation email at 9:11am the same day. I called to confirm the order was for a new boxed item and they answered the phone on the 2nd ring, answered my questions politely and promptly. The best online purchase experience I've had in months and I buy > $3000/ month online for work. Nice doing business with Server Supply. |

I have never been treated to such a conscientious business before. These folks really do a great job. My order arrived in just a few days, and in good shape. They were also responsive to follow up questions, and they searched for additional hardware I wanted. And what a surprise, they used the phone and not just E-Mail. They are very good, and I would recommend them highly. |

Good deals. Fast delivery. No hassle. I was amazed with their service. I needed some additional memory for my computer, and, after spending some time looking for the best deal for that particular item, I found it at their store. I placed the order on-line at 2AM on Tuesday, and the same day afternoon I got an e-mail telling me that the item had been shipped (they also provided me with the UPS tracking number). I received the parcel on the next day, Wednesday, around noon. That is, the whole on-line purchase took only 34 hours! The best on-line shopping experience so far! |
