The product that I wanted was available at a very good price, but I was disappointed to get an email on a Sunday stating that my order has shipped. I knew it wouldn't actually ship on Sunday, but I figured it would be shipping on Monday based on that status. It didn't actually ship until Tuesday and I couldn't get status until Wednesday. I'd rather get an honest status email that tells me what to expect, rather than be told my item has shipped when it won't actually ship for another 2 days. |

Well, I had to call 2 times to get a invoice with a order number on it, so I could track my item. The item ordered was sent to Reno, Nv. when in fact I live in Pahrump, Nv. 89048. With my name, address, zip code, phone, all confirmed by Ebay-Pay-Pal since 11/4/2004. It seems to me, when you deal with Ebay Power Sellers, they want to sell quanity, and you get less quality in customer care. All my correct information was on my Pay-Pal email, sent to The Nerds.net to show the item was paid for thru Pay-Pal. The Nurds say it was Fedex's fault,, fedex says they were given the wrong zip code from the Nerds. On order number 1133307 my last name was spelled corredt. On order number 1134708 my last name was spelled Komman, which is wrong, its spelled Kornmann. So I would have to say, the wrong zip code was sent to Fedex by The Nurds. And this is why I am still waiting for my item, and why it was sent up to Reno, Nv., all I can say, it has not been a good experience for me, with my 2 orders. |

An earlier order went very well. The current order was a problem. The web site did not accurately describe the item. I now have to go through the hassel of arranging return shipment. Since I have had one earlier positive experience with them I may give them another chance and re-order the correct item. |

Tried to use a coupon code (NEWYEAR5) that was listed on the Hot Deals page of Market America website (partner store) but code was invalid. Not sure why TheNerds would give MA this coupon code for their customers to use and then not accept it when the order is placed. Did not like that. |

The merchandise was shipped the day after the original order was placed, but it took 3 shipments to receive 1 NOT damaged. The first 2 were poorly packed and the third was shipped with the wrong zipcode but corrected by UPS & arrived 5 days later undamaged. The merchandise was shipped in 2 boxes the third time. |
