I am a government agency and we have to order thru Purchase orders. Thankfully, The Nerds.net are gracious enough to do that. Otherwise we would not be able to do business with them! Reps were knowledgeable, courteous and happy to help! |

Listed out of stock dell printer on their website. Got notification of credit same day my other item arrived (few days after actual order) so I had no option to cancel the whole order. Calling or Emailing customers before would be a nice alternative to this. I really didn't need the other item I bought without the printer! |

So far so good, but haven't received product. No issues with seller. Product received in timely fashion. Although in good shape I was surprised that the AV receiver wasn't double-boxed for more protection. |
