This merchant was very attentive to what I would consider a relatively modest purchase ($120) with great communications and same-day shipping. Same item was $200 at Amazon so the price was fantastic. |

I ordered an adapter for a customer on Monday at 8:54 EST with rush shipping. It is Saturday (as a notation I received the shipment at 3:00PM that Saturday) and not only do I have no product which I paid rush shipping on, it was sent USPS with no tracking, even though I paid an extra $3.00 for rush processing and 9.99 shipping for a part which cannot even boxed way 1/3 of a pound if even 1/4. |

shipping info[options] not available till after you complete transaction, could not cancel transaction unless I called next business day, e-mail invoice advertises a $20 cash back award but a dead end link, called nerds but no help[was told offer is 3rd party]. $52 shipping and 10 days later for expected delivery is why will never use nerds.net again. |

I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and it was picked up that night and I am now scheduled to get it tomorrow! That was fast- and I am appreciative! I am leaving Thursday and I needed this item as it is for my other residence 3+ hours from here. Looks like I will have it early enough to take with me when I leave. Great stuff. Thank you!!! |

Purchase was pretty straightforward, although it would have been nice if the purchase was shipped out the next day instead of the following day. Most merchants are able to ship next day or even same day these days. |

Too early for a review, I have not received my product at this time, I did check, and noted that it has arrived at the UPS Center in South San Francisco, CA.. which means I will probably receive it on Monday the 5th, and if that happens the review is very good.. if I receive it today, Saturday the 3rd the review will be excellent! |
