I haven't received my merchandise yet, so I cannot comment on the entire process. But, I found the website easy to use, I loved the multiple filters (made sifting through the hundreds of merchandise options more "doable"), the prices are great, and when they were not quite the best, a simple phone call resulted in a price match. I am very pleased with my experience so far. Item arrived in two days - great service - and was just as advertised / ordered. Excellent experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. |

Pricing is less than other office supply stores that I deal with. My only complaint would be freight charges. The other office supplies store have no freight charges after a 50.00 order. That may be something to consider in the future. |

I saw the same item advertised at TheNerds website for less than I had bought it from them a few days earlier, called them, and they issued a credit to my credit card. No, it was not for the full difference in price but they really did not have to issue any credit to me, yet they did. Yes, they want to make money, but they're not out to squeeze every possible dollar from every deal even if it means alienating a customer. This is sound business practice. I'll buy from them again anytime. |

Due to the Thanksgiving Hokiday, yourr offices were closed on the Friday sfter the holiday, your fax machine did not pick up at all during that weekemd, and your shipping policy (2 hours aftere the order has been placed) leaves a bit to be desired. After you claim it is on the truck, one cannot cancel the order. All in all, your customer rep, Leo, straghtened it all out and I'm a happy and satisfied customer again. |
