The WORST company I have ever dealt with. I was charged for a product they didn't have, told my refund was being issued, and have been fighting with them over the internet and by phone for the last 5 weeks for my money which I am constantly told is being refunded immediately.
Now the order is being shipped to me anyway, and I'm told I can't get my money until I return the item and they get "comfirmation of receipt" from their warehouse. On and on it goes.
NEVER,NEVER,NEVER buy anything from these people!!!!! The single worst e merchant I have dealt with in 15 years. They charged my credit card for an item they did not have in stock, and knew would not be in stock for 3 months. When they failed to ship the item after three months I requested a full refund. It is now 5 months after the order date and they have consistently failed to refund my money. They are virtually impossible to contact by any means. Advice: NEVER deal with this merchant |

Ordered product 9/26/06. Many phone calls with long waits indicated why the delays with assurance that my account was not charged yet. Credit card statement came on 10/28/06 and indicated my account was charged on 9/26/06, the day the product was ordered. Finally cancelled order on 10/30/06. |

I would not recommend this company at all. I ordered several items from them one of which I had to return and reordered a different item. I was told a refund would be issued early in July of 2006. I have emailed them several times and keep getting excuses as to why the refund has not been issued. As recently as 10/20/06 I was told they were just aquired by an inventment company and the refund would be issued shortly. I gave them until the end of the business day to issue the credit or would file a claim with AMEX. I filed the claim with AMEX this evening 10/20/06. Their customer service is terrible and they do not issue refunds. I think you will see it is the same story on other reviews too. It also takes weeks to get your order once you do order. |

Avoid these guys at all costs. Cancelled an order the next day. The cancellation was confirmed, but my credit card was still charged. Two months later I've not been able to get a refund for a product I never received in spite of emails and phone calls. Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Don't be tempted, look elsewhere. |

they charged my card. but they don't have the product in stock!!! order was never delivered, cancelled the order after 17 days of waiting. beside the sale confirmation no information was relayed to me unless i called. |

I would never make another purchase with Instawares again.. Do not use them, customer service very unfriendly. I was supposed to recieve a commercial refrigerator in 10 days. After 15, I called them, they told me it was a manufacturing problem. After 40 days, I called the manufacturer directly (summit refrigeration). They had not been having any problems and advised me to special order the item from my local Lowes store. I did, I recieved it in 4 DAYS. I would never reccommend anyone use instawares. I will never use them again. |

Experience ordering was fine. Shipping was high for the estimated time of arrival, and the amount of purchase required for free shipping was much too high for a consumer purchaser. Order was delivered well ahead of estimated time, and in good condition. Tracking information was unavailable, and the shipping information was spotty. I had difficulty determining if my order had been shipped the morning I received delivery. |

On June 30th, I placed an order for 7 knives. I paid by American Express on June 30th and I still do not have my knives. Your company representatives have been rude and unwilling to confirm my payment with American Express. I still have not recieved them. You should overnight them to me immediately for my troubles. Your company is not very customer serive oriented. |

Originaly I was advised that the shipping via usps was $5.55 but when I completed the order the Shipping was $7.55. I was mislead and since everything else was to my satisfaction I completed the order. |
