(Edited June 19th by djstaub) Goods ordered June 7, not received as of June 19. Spent over 30 minutes trying to cancel the order. There customer service is to put you on hold. They charged me but did not ship any goods. Have not received a thing. |

SCAM -buyer beware! I verified inventory on phone - 2nd time seller intentionally substituted lower cost printer without notification, would not offer full refund, expected me to pay higher cost of the printer I ordered. A month later still no credit, although delivery refused. No problem is listed on my order history for either printer. |

Placed the order. Site specified I would see a tracking number when shipped usually in 24 hours. Never saw tracking number. After 3 days I called and after a lengthy conversation with an inept representative found the item was on backorder. Cancelled my order but my CC was already charged. Now I have to wait for a credit. |

I had tried to order this item last week and we need it here now. There was a problem with the website that it had the incorrect weight on the item and was overcharging for shipping. After two calls to customer service they fixed the website. I do not understand why customer service couldn't override this problem and the item to me soon. Because of this delay I have had to pay to expedite the order. |

There are little or no product descriptions which makes decision making a hard process. I was searching for children's dinnerware and found that they sell cribs. This seems very odd to me that a restaurant site is selling cribs and mattresses. |

I paid to expedite order and after 3 days I recieved no tracking Number I called and was put on hold 3 times and disconnected twice then told my order was not in stock it was discontinued and they would credit me my money back Now I have 4 less days against a weekend to find and ship what I need over nite which will cost more if I even find it thanks for your Professionalism |

THE ONLY MAJOR PROBLEM WE HAVE IS THAT WE'VE BEEN TRY TO ORDER THESE CHICKEN PAPER BUCKETS(5T1GRCHKN)OUR FIRST TWO ORDERS AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE CORRECT ONES, WE WANT THE ONES WITH THE CHICKENS ON THEM. HOPEFULLY THE THIRD TIMES THE CHARM BECAUSE I JUST PLACED AN ORDER FOR MORE. THANKS Hey I just got my third order which also did not have the correct paper buckets, we really really want the ones with the chicken on them. Can somebody please HELP us. Thank again |

I was very satisfied until I saw the shipping amount. The shipping calculator showed me my shipping would be way less than $10, but then when I went to your website to pay it was way over $50 dollars. So I ended up paying $61.30 for a $21.48 product. That is ridiculous. |

Stay away from this merchant. They do not honor their promised and when it comes to refund there is 2 billing cycle (60 days). They stated items available, ready to ship while they are actually backordered. Then when you need some refund they have this 60 days policy. I have complained to FTC about this matter. |

on previous orders i had tremendous problems with shipping time and with order processing, they did not provide tracking I had to call twice and still got something blury...received the wrong shelves with a freezer. ordered contaqiners and was told 3 times that they were leaving the warehouse "today" placed order on march 22nd still have not got all of it but be assured...I was CHARGED!!! |
