I ordered a watch on 12/17, and it was supposed to be shipped next day for free. When I got the purchase confirmation e-mail I noticed that the type of shipping was not noted, only what I paid for the shipping ($0.00). They do not process orders over the weekend so I waited for the shipping confirmation. When I logged on and checked the order status I noticed that the watch that was supposed to be sent next day, was not arriving until 12/27 (10 days AFTER the order was placed)...after Christmas!!! Because the shipping speed played a major role in my choice of vendor I was FURIOUS!!!! I sent an e-mail requesting assistance with this matter that went unanswered; I later found in my junk-mail an e-mail from theWatchery.com saying my message was unable to be delivered but they would continue to try to get it to customer service (which I thought was very odd...). I had a negative experience purchasing a watch that was advertised on the Watchery's website for $875. A few weeks after my purchase, I noticed that the advertised price on the same watch had been reduced to $829. I asked the company to honor its price protection guarantee, which states: "If our price drops within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference." Specifically, I asked for a refund of $46, which was the difference between the new and old advertised price. The Watchery refused to do so, arguing that they should only refund $6 refund, which was the difference between the new price and another price which was not the advertised price at the time I purchased the watch. |

I ordered a Seiko Coutura two-tone watch with a black mother-of-pearl face, and it's BEAUTIFUL! The price is a THIRD that for the same watch at a local department store. I'm cheap, and life is good! |

I ordered my watch online(to replace the same model I had lost) at 4pm on Friday 2/12/10...I received it on 2/16 even though Monday was a holiday. Email confirmation of the order was within 15 minutes of the order. It was in mint condition, packaged well, at a price 3/4 what we had originally paid for the lost watch. Fantastic customer service. Even my positive feedback to them was answered within 15 min. I will definitely shop here again. |

I was looking for something else that they did not have and they did recommend another company like I asked. So far so good. Now that I received I am very happy. It is a beautiful watch I had to hurry and make sure it fit me and I just made it. I have to use the first hole but that is ok. I bought it for my husband to give me for my anniversary in about three weeks. I dont think I can wait. |
