Good shopping so far, though e-mail inquiry was required to confirm availability. The shopping cart is missing a final chance to review and confirm the order. The wrong manual was included at first. However, Joseph was very responsive to sort everything out. |

I haven't received my order, so I can't say , yet they're an excellent place to get a watch. From the pictures and most (not all) descriptions of the watches, it was easy to look for the one I wanted. Placing the order was easy and I like the process of verification at the end. I wish that all web merchants are like the Watchery!!! |

Until now i do not receive my order, unsatisfied totally. I have placed 2 order, the problem is they provided me 2 separate tracking number but one number i can not track (Fedex tracking#470045371471) and one tracking number i tracked but not pick up yet by Courier Company (Fedex tracking#798041134400 from 17 Oct). I understand this time they are under the Sukkot Holidays. But what i want is they need to tell me clearly for my order status and tracking number. Unfortunately, I send many email & SMS to Sam Levy to ask for it but look they do not understand what is the requirement from their customer and what is the worries of customer. Because of I really need the watches at 25 Oct. They do like this, I do not know what i have to do with my scheduled, even i email & SMS to The watchery many time. Look they need the order with big value may be. If like this, I never come back to deal with them any time. Please help me to check and push them on this matter. Thanks & regards, |
