I was satisfied with the first order. I'm not as satisfied on my 2nd order, which I forgot to enter the promotional code for getting a discount. I contacted customer support and was told to wait for them to call me back. They never did call me. I called again and left a voice mail, but still have not get a call back. |

I've used their products before, for twin-sized beds; immediately there was an appreciable difference in how I slept. Now that I have a queen-sized bed of course I'm be a repeat customer. |

I found products in their catalogue, then entered the product numbers into the quick order box on the web site. Finding items on the web site is confusing. It would be nice to have categories similar to the catalogue - encasings, dust control, etc. rather than or in addition to the quiz concept. Also, many of the buttons or fields are overlapping other information so are confusing. |
