The prices are amazing. The products all fit my truck just like the website said they would. They were two small gaps in the head unit harness when I have it installed but not much I really care about. |

First time using sonic electronix. The subwoofer I bought was cheaper here and the delivery was sooner than expected. Tha package got delivered undamaged and worked great, I will use sonic electronix next time I need something else. |

Great prices. I bought a head unit and they included the trim piece/pocket and the wire adapter for free. Just look up installation instructions on youtube and your good to go. |

Really Sonic Electronix??? How could they beat the competition so easily? Ordered my kicker amp on 2/23 and was delivered on 2/24 with free shipping. Next day delivery usually runs in the $40-$60 range. My amp was also about $150 under normal retail price. Definitely going to order from here more often! |

I have been trying to contact them to get a receipt for my purchase - have encountered long wait times while on hold before giving up - I will not ever do business with this joke of an "outstanding customer service" company again.

The merchant was helpful in exchanging a damaged product, but I had to call for a follow up after waiting one week after I had returned the product and had been received by the merchant. I wish the transaction had taken place in a shorter time manner.Overall , I was satisfied with the purchase experience from this company, and would buy again from the merchant again. |

Prices are very low. Shipping costs aren't jacked up to increase profits. Selection of products is excellent. They do a great job explaining the warranties on the product page. No guessing as to who will warranty the product if you need warranty service. The only negative is the shopping cart. If your billing address is a P.O.Box, then the shipping options default to will call only without any explanation. When you use a P.O.Box for your billing address, the shopping cart will not allow you to select any delivery method and it automatically selects will call for you and won't let you change it. You need to use a physical address on that page to get ground or air shipping options. They need to fix that or other people may quit the shopping cart process if they don't figure out why they are getting no shipping options. |
