When i originally viewd the product I was interested in it was out of stock, so I chose to be notified when it was in stock and so I was notified. The pricing beat a different vendor by a large margain! Also, they participate in a special security program that my bank and visa offer and that made me feel very secure in my purchase. Delivery was quick and product was not damaged! I will definately do business with them again!!! |

This order is a gift for my grandson's new truck. At this point in time I have no idea if the products are as advertised, but I'm sure he'll let me know if anything is wrong with them. This is a Christmas gift. Since we live in a rather isolated area, shopping on the internet is what we usually do. I was pleased with the prompt responses to my order, shipping information & prompt, courteous delivery. |

Extrememly affordable and fast delivery. I couldnt find a cheaper price anywhere for my stereo, and im glad i went with them. They included a free trim plate and wire harness which was going to cost me atleast 30 dollars to buy somewhere else. I had a question for the customer service department and all i had to do was call and give them a call back number when the next rep was available. it took twice as long to call me back as the computer had said but it was as big of a deal since i wasnt sitting there listening to hold music for 2 hours. the customer service rep was very helpful and was able to answer my question. I will deffinately be making purchases in the future from them! |

Have made three separate purchases from Sonic Electronix, and each has been delivered three business days from the date of purchase. I love the "Lower Price" options on most their "Authorized Dealer" items. The online chat works great. And the couple of times I needed to talk with a sales associate turned out to be great experiences, not hair pulling excercises. I plan on making all my major car audio purchases from Sonic Electronix from now on. |

I was actually startled at how quick the delivery was. I have a technical question about loud speakers and don't know who else to ask. I ordered the speakers for use in my ham radio shack. I put one of them in a motorola enclosure for an old TSN6013, the old police radio speaker. It fit very well. The speaker output seems very low. Did I need an 8 ohm speaker instead of a 4 ohm? Is there a way to "augment" a 4 ohm speaker to make it into an 8 ohm? |

Sonic Electronix is superb on their customer support and delivery. Some of Sonic’s prices are slightly higher than other merchants so we went the cheaper route on a set of JBL’s and bought elsewhere. I still have not received the items yet and it has been nearly two weeks not to mention UPS still has not received the package from them even though there is a tracking number. It’s rather comical, this company is also based out of the same state as Sonic’s. After 5 days and no items or delivery information we went back to Sonic’s and ordered rest of our items, received them within two days, and guess what, still no speakers from the other store. Well we saved $20.00, and that entailed us into a headache, no items, and a runaround. We should have ask Sonic’s for a better price, regardless, is it worth the $20.00? No!!! Thank you Sonic Electronix!! Hands down, they are one of the best companies we have dealt with. |

I rated them average or good on everything, but still rated them excellent. They have very fast shipping to nor-cal (one day), great pricing, and not many on-line retailers are good/average on everything, so i felt they deserved an excellent. I was very skeptical and tried Sonic out on a few small items, and finally took the plunge on a big ticket item. They were very consistent on all sales. |

Their website indicated the product was initially on backorder. I was notified by email when the product was back in stock. Ordering the product was easy through their website, the product was promptly shipped and arrived in excellent condition ahead of the promised date.
