Original order of Powershot S300 w/Zero Delivery. Canceled after they proved to be true to form. Re-ordered from Tristate. Return Policy is impressive w/no restocking fee & 100% satisfaction. W/receive in 7 days with no accessories ordered. Ordered accessories anyway (my request, not theirs) because I liked their attitude & honesty. Also, accessory prices & S/H were decent. Will update after receipt of order. |

After placing and canceling five orders TriStateCameras was a pleasure to deal with. It was the first site where the camera was in stock and they would send it to me without any "special" packages they were offering. I was told it would take 30 days if I didn't purchase all of the accessories to go along with the camera. This site was fast, accurate and didn't play any games. I will be ordering from them again!!!! |

Ordered the camera on Thursday, got emailed confirmation, recieved email confirmation on Sunday of item shipping with tracking number, recieved the item Monday morning via Fedex Express. I buy A LOT of things online and I can honestly say this was one of the best transactions ever. You should buy from them too! :) |

I needed a digicam immediately for a project. I called late Friday afternoon. TriState had the item, and could ship it same day with a Saturday delivery. I was skeptical, but sure enough it arrived as promised (and new). Their price was one of the best, combined with their great service, low pressure sales, and good return policy, rates them an OUTSTANDING for me. I'd definitely shop with them again. |

I ordered a Olympus camera. I paid for the 2-day shipping, I recieved it in LESS than 24 hrs. It was easy to order, even with S/H I saved $50 over Best Buys price. Also, you know the S/H before you place the order. I saw this camera at other on-line sites for less, but BE CAREFUL, check the ratings for the other companies. It is worth spending a few extra dollars for quality service. The smart media card rebate wasn't enclosed though, I emailed them, still, I would HIGHLY recommend Tri-State. |

I am so pleased! I have never bought anything online and I was terrified. I searched for the best price and ratings. Everyone was out of stock of the Fuji 4800, and if they had it they wanted well over $100- $200 more. I chose Tri-state and placed the order very easily. Shipping was fair and shipped ON TIME! I did get "the call" for extra's, but the salesman was not pushy and the prices were so fair that I actually bought! I highly recommend them, I am shocked at how smooth it went! Thanks! |

I would recommend Tristate to anyone. Excellent service in every way. Prompt phone confirmation, they even advised me to get a cheaper/better battery for a $10 savings. The shipping was exactly as promised and my 2 day fed ex was 2 days. the Fuji 4800 camera which I purchased was a new unit in perfect condition with all accessories.I am 100% satisfied and would not hesitate for a second buying from tristate. |

Excellent response time. They said the camera was in stock and believe it or not, it was. Then they delivered it on time (even earlier than promised). I found the sales person to be very couteous. It was a pleasure doing business with Tristate. |

Excellent results! Ordered Nikon Coolpix 775 at 12:30pm 1/28. Requested 2nd day air and it arr'd 10:00am 1/30. CSR was courteous & helpful. Took 'no' to his offer of access's and we moved on. Don't try to get a tracking number from their CS phone line. I called on 1/29 as instructed, got a curt response, 'it is in transit. will arrive 1/30' no name, no goodbye. But, the camera (new in box, all access's & doc's & US wrnty) arrived as they stated. I do reco'd TSC & will use again. |

Phoned 1-800 number to verify the Canon S110 was in stock. Was told 'yes'. Ordered the camera on Wednesday at lunchtime and it was at my home Friday evening. CSR was straightforward; asked me if I wanted accessaries and dropped it when I said no. I would order from them again. |

Phoned TriState to inquire about Minolta Maxxum 5 camera on 05/27. Clerk was upbeat, seemed pushy at first. After I ordered camera, asked if I also wanted to order bag and batteries. Didn't push when I said no. Shipped on 05/29. 6 days arr 06/04. Emailed on 29 to ask for tracking number, received fast response w/i 12 hrs. Lowered shipping cost and included 2 free batteries! VERY pleased! Even with the 7 yr warranty, filter, & shipping, was still $25 cheaper than Best Buy! Thanks! |

I read all the reviews about this company and told myself, that no company doing business "On-Line" can be as bad as some of the negatives. I then called afriend of mine that works two blocks from their store in NY,NY and he confirmed that they are "A-OK"! The sales rep..very nice classic guy assisted me with the purchase of a very expensive camera at the "Rock Bottom Price" on the entire Internet and It came on time and was quality from the go and will get alot of my "Bux:" in the future! |

I read the reviews and asked a friend about the company. He told me the company was reputable, so I ordered. The company called me within an hour to verify my billing address (and for security reasons this time of year) and had the product packed and picked-up by fed-ex within hours. It arrived two days as planned and tracking the delivery was easy with there web site. I had a great shopping experience and got a great deal! |

Excellent choice. Ordered camera online and received confirmation call the next day. No high pressure sales pitch to purchase extra merchandise, but did purchase extended warranty. Received camera as promised on time and in excellent condition. Excellent price for new not refurbished camera. Would use again and will recommend to friends and family. |

Called Tristate and was connected to a rep. He checked stock on Canon 10D. He had a few suggestions for some extras, but not high-pressure at all. He is quite knowledgable on cameras and equipment. I took a few of the extras and turned down a few. Paid for Fed-Ex overnight, and since I ordered late on the 7th, items were shipped the next day, and received, very well packed, the next day, the 9th. I will call TriState next time I purchase something. |

I placed an order for the popular Canon PowrShot G5 Digital camera the salesrep was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, he did recommend additional accessories but wasn't too hard on nor pushy. I went with some of it and declined some. Best of all, the camera arrived as promised in 2 days. I will definitly recomend and use them again in the future.Thank you Tri State. |
