I find it VERY misleading that there's a large site banner screaming "FREE SHIPPING" at you, and you're not told that you're actually NOT getting free shipping until you've placed an item in your cart and gone through the checkout process, OR clicked on one tiny, ambiguous button where you find that there ARE shipping charges if your order doesn't total at least $25.00. VERY misleading, and when this vendor is (from my experience) a complete unknown, that deceptiveness does NOT foster a better feeling of trust in them - it makes me MORE suspicious of them, definitely NOT less! |

I hope they have the items this time. My last order, they did not have the items I wanted, and never informed me. They waited 30 days, and quietly gave me a refund. Well, everything arrived, but some of the games look like re-wraps, not actually new. One game has a quarter of the shrinkwrap torn off, as if they purchased it from a retail store and couldn't get the price sticker or security tab off. Not bad though, they did ship fast and it arrived. |

eveydthing was great except for the annoying "want to guarentee box" that I could not click off the screen or move out of the way, it covered up some of the info I wanted to see, but everything else was a breeze in the order dept and I found exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find elsewhere |

The interface was simple and the shipping options clear, though the shipping costs are slightly highest than large-scale web sites. It's a shame there is no ability to cancel an order should an issue arise. |

I kept trying to place an order but the page just wouldn't load sometimes. I know it wasn't my computer since I could easily go to other websites at the same time. I hope this can be fixed in the future. |

If a game is on backorder or out of stock, the company should list it as such in the item page before you put it in your cart and make the purchase. I ordered two games listed as in stock with shipping arrival dates before Christmas (presents for my son). The following day I get an email saying the order had shipped. But only one item, the other was on backorder. Cancelled the backordered item. Very unprofessional. Will not shop here again. |
