They took 322.00 out of my account that day, On Dec 17, they sent me an email that my order had been sent, then nothing, i sent emails, no one ever answered, i called and called finley jov talked to me and said they had lost my number, that my order was in wearhouse and had been sent out on Dec 29 and i woujld get in 2 days. Then today i called 5 times i always was sent to voice mail saying person not avalible to leave message, this i have done befor , no one ever calls me back. Tonight i get email saying i will get my order sometime next week. I have been waiting sence Dec 11 for this, and they still dont even have Tracking number for ups to give me. They said they hadnt received the 20 emails i sent them that there must have been a problem, and in todays email from them they said ther lines had been disconected. I wonder if i will ever get my order, Also i was told thy would charge me 4% if order is cancled, that must be how they make there money |

Order is MIA. I placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago and the order is still MIA. The only department that picks up the phone is sales and they claim not to have the tools to help. How can a department have the tools to take your money but not the tools to refund it? I did a bit of digging and I strongly suggest that you STAY AWAY!!! |

product ordered October 15, 2010, credit was charged immediately, email received 2 days later stating to expect the product in 5-7 days, after 7 days received email they are shipping product and should be received in another 5 to 7 days, after 17 days from the original order date I filed for a charge back with my credit card, however to my surprise product arrived next day after the credit request (by that time I had already purchased the same product from another seller and had it up and running) so I requested RMA which was emailed promptly and I returned the product, waited for another 10 days, nothing happened, emailed to ask about the status of the credit and they stated they issued a "credit memo" with 4% less than I paid for the product.well it has been another 2 weeks since then with no credit appearing on my card yet! do yourself a favor and just avoid this mess all together, no matter how low the price is, it is not worth the headache of all this hassle |

It's December 21, 2010 and I still have not received my order that I placed on Nov 22nd and no one seems to know where it is or if it really shipped. I received an e-mail that it shipped on 11-30-10 and to allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Requested tracking number via e-mail...no response. Manager is trying to find the item today. Very disappointed and will not order from them again! |

This is my second purchase with California Computer and it was every bit as easy, efficient and economical as my first time, which is why I came here first when looking to buy. Many other sites offer low cost but in my two purchases I did not see a lower cost and most other large stores/internet sellers do not come close to California Computer's pricing. |

Skip this company. Proof is to call there 800 number and see if you can ever get a person to answer. On Nov 30, I order a subscription renewal for two SonicWall Firewalls. Dec 15th and I have not received activation codes. Have opened a disput with Visa to stop the payment. Phone calls and emails asking for help are not returned. |

My credit card was charged on 11/26. After several days with no tracking # I began calling. Each call resulted in a different excuse for the delay. I was finally assured the laptop would arrive no later than today (18 days after my card was charged). It didn't! I called and received another excuse. Canceled the order. Would not consider doing business with this company again. |

This is the first time I've ordered through California Computer Center. The prices are comparable and order process was adequate. The only gripe was that the page did not display correctly during checkout and I had to go back... Overall I am satisfied so far... Thanks. |

I got the notebook that factory seal is broken. How come? I called and e-mail customer service, but I could not reach anyone and not get any respond e-mail. I should have bought directly from the company. If you are considering to buy something from them, DO NOT DO THAT. |

I received an email saying the order had shipped on 11/9/10. As of today I have emailed and called for tracking numbers but have no response except they will let me know. The order still has not arrived. I do no plan on using this vendor again as I have to get accurate information as this is a business purchase with customer deadlines to meet! |
