I purchased a Toshiba notebook from CaliforniaComputer and so far I am completely satisfied with the experience. I was a bit hesitant about making such a high ticket purchase via the internet, but the price was so good that I decided to go for it. |

My order was suddenly canceled on the grounds that the merchant only accepts wire transfer. This is very strange, given that on the order URL, customers are given the choice between various types of credit cards. |

This company may needs customer ratings or reviews, buyer would feel more comfortable. in addition, company should follow up their sales status for the better services that customer have to call about delivery for status, company doesnt response quickly, sometime are not answering the phone at all. |

my first time ordering from this company. So far so good finger are cross. it has been 7 day so far and I haven't seen or got a email saying if my order has been ship or not. Try calling but was not able to talk to anyone. Tomorrow is day eight. I don't now if i would order from this company again even if there prices are cheapper. |

Search on price comparison websites advertise FREE SHIPPING, but when you get to the checkout process, a shipping fee is added. I want to be able to compare bottom-line prices, and without accurate shipping costs, I am unable to do that. |

I did order a discontinued computer, the cust service was excellent helping me to revise my order. they did make sub suggestions, i did not use. they answered all my many questions thru out the process. each dept responded to emails I sent. also included a phone# and ext#. (free shipping) am still trying to figure out the extended warranty (GE) but all questions on that have been answered so far (after my sale was completed and comp arrived) |

I would have liked to get clearer info up-front regarding delivery and arrival dates. I would have also liked to know who we should contact & how if the shipment does not arrive on-time. However, I am glad that California Computer Center is one of the few, more up-to-date sites that recognizes that Guam is actually a part of the USA, and is smart enough to accept a Guam credit card and a Guam mailing & shipping address. I am constantly amazed at how difficult it is, even now in this so-called modern world of our, to find an online retailer that actually ships to and accepts payment from Guam. |
