I have ordered several things ....even large appliances and have been pleased with HomeDepot Checking for in stock items has saved me from driving to the store only to find my item out of stock and a waste of time and gas. |

I found the Kohler toilet 3489-47 on the Home Depot website. The price was competitve and I liked that the delivery to my home was free. I have found the toilet at different websites slightly lower in price but had a delivery fee. I opted for Home Depot as I figured if I did have a defective toilet that the return would be easier to have a replacement. Not sure if you do surveys after the delivery of the item to truly find out how the complete process went. At that time it would be a more accurate customer satisfaction survey. |

Excellent. I was looking at having to purchase a complete unit b/c I was not able to find the part I needed and I was able find the part I needed. Even with shipping I wound up paying abot $40 instead of around $150 |

Has PayPal option - but doesn't process with a City & Zip Code does not exist. I have reported it to them on two previous occasions in the past 10 months and they've yet to do anything about it. |

what can I say? I easily ordered my items from homedepot. ebates gave me a 5% rebate on homedepot purchase. The order was delivered with the correct merchandise and in the time span stated. |

The website locked up on me twice. It is poorly written and not made to handle all possible combinations of user input. Had to log off and log back on twice to get it to process my order. Also, the first time I attempted to make my purchase I got a "Generic error message" with no explanation. Had to get out and back in to override that message. Hopefully Home Depot did not pay someone to write this code. |
