Item was listed as available. After waiting a week and sending an email, I was informed my order was cancelled. I will not doing business with this company again. The site was user friendly and I hope all else goes well.
It did not go well. They advertised a book they didn't have. I did not get the book I wanted and I am very disappointed. I have just purchased my 4th e-text book with your company. I live in Bermuda and it is difficult to purchase text books from this remote location. Purchasing the books online has made things very easy as I do not have to wait for the books to be shipped and I do not have to pay duty on them. It is especially convenient as I am completing my courses via the internet and at times the professors do not post the text book requirements until a few days prior to the course start date. If I could not purchase the texts online, I would fall behind in my studies. The only concern that I have had is the change in the way I have to read the books offline. It is rather inconvenient the way it is set up now, having to check out sections and then just reading those portions. The first few books that I purchase I could download to a book shelf and call up the whole book. When in class and I don't have internet access, it is VERY inconvenient not to be able to call up the whole book. |
