Though I purchased the product online, I contacted the sales department to clarify some points. The sales person was very helpful and answered questions precisely without beating around the bush. Overall, I'm happy with the service provided (at least during the ordering process). However, it would be nice if the box contents were listed in detail on the website. |

So good to have someone on the Internet who finally delivers COD!! I buy for a company and we prefer all shipments COD but it's so hard to find out there. Thanks Entercomputers.com! After this purchase was complete,I didn't receive it for about three weeks, after I called and they said they were waiting on cashiers check! COD!!! That doesn't mean cashiers check in advance. |

My shipping was higher than I thought it would be. The pricegrabber page showed it to be 18.00 and when I placed my order it was 19.89. This should be adjusted so everyone will know exactly what shipping will be. |

Your invoice cuts of at "Invoi". I am not able to see the entire invoice. Also I enter the product twice as the check out at the top is too small. Most purchases on the net have the check out button at the bottom, I was not looking for it at the top |
