I purchased an HP maintenance kit at Enter Computers and I received the item 7 days after I placed my order. This is understandable since I am at NJ and they shipped it from their CA warehouse. I do not have any complaints from their service, they are in fact very helpful in placing my order. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend and would be buying from them again. |

Service was very prompt and courteous, with no undue pressure to buy additional items, although an opportunity to purchase an extended warranty for the purchased item was presented. A question by me as to the suitability of item (Projector) for use with Macintosh computer was answered by both email and phone call. Item was "as advertised". Transaction was completely satisfactory. |

(Edited September 07th by zednought) I purchased a display and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't set it up right away due to a death in the family, and when I did, I noticed that there was a returnable defect in the display (according to the manufacturer) and I contacted EnterComputers about it for a return. Though it had passed the 7 day return deadline, they have been helpful in getting the display exchanged with the manufacturer. Retailer Response (09/09/2009): We are here to help and our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. |
