Interface is a little clunky but everything worked as expected. No indication of whether the item is in stock was given, so I'm assuming that the item is in stock. The site indicates a real desire to please--contact numbers everywhere and links to customer service are reasssuring. |

Sort your lenses by camera type, not by fixed vs zoom then wide vs macro. I shop by what camera I have... not what the lens does. |

Tried ordering a couple days ago and the web server was unresponsive. It was just fine today. Charged my credit card the day before shipping, and took two working days to ship my in-stock items. |

I've ordered a lens from Sigma 4 Less in the past and sales process was quick and easy. The price can't be beat however, I did receive a phone call from a salesman asking to buy more. This isn't all that bad but when I buy things online it's usually to avoid salesmen and other unpleasantries of buying from a retail store. |

I had some issues with the cart on the website - but overall a good experience. I hope the lens works as expected - I hope to buy other Sigma products from this store. Filter was unexpectedly backordered. They provided excellent communications upon shipment and delivery. |
