I was very disappointed. The shipping instructions were not clear that someone had to be home to sign in person. I work long hours and had I known this, I would have never ordered. I tried to call to see if the package could be re-routed to a neighbor but was told by your customer service that this is not an option. Not only did I not receive the package but also being charged for shipping. I will never purchase a product from this site again. |

The lowest price I ever found for the item I have just ordered from PCNation. Though I have just put my order and not received it yet, the expected delivery is the fastest considering its free of charge. Hope I can receive my ordered item soon. OK. Finally, I received my item 6 days later after I put my order. Maybe it was because of the thanksgiving. |

Ease of operation at this site, straight forward with strong information about the product I wanted, and what fabulous prices! WOW!!!
