I had been using this company for like.. 5 years? or longer or something... this company has been good except that there were some mistakes that they made... like... having finger prints on the brand new phone ..but opened... they said that it was to keep the battery in the best possible condition... The guy who answers the phone calls for order status being very very rude... and sounded not very professional... but the products that I recieved from them were pretty good. So i have been using them till now... i hope that they can keep up with their quality of products but in the same sense... improve their service quality... one thing that i like about them is that they have the lowest prices among the companies that i often use... |

Found exactly what I needed, easy check out and very good shipping. Unlike other vendors it was in the post office hands when I received confirmation and was packed better than the bluetooth headset from another vendor, this was the charger for it and was in a box rather than a bubble pack envelope like the headset. I hate receiving things broke and returning them so I will use these people for the next purchase. |

Easy on-line ordering. Called customer service and received pleasant service. I paid $25 for next day shipping and it actually took over 2 days. I had to return the purchase. It took over 2 weeks after they received the return that the refund was processed. |

They make their $ in shipping. No promo codes available either _ first and last time buyer here! They messed up on paypal payment and had to cancel the order... it took 10 days to free up my money! |
