Order placement was relatively easy. It was difficult to find where to look at my shopping cart. I did not find a place to register an account until I closed and reopened the site. Once in the experience was better than average. |

I spoke to a guy called Marcus who was not helpful at all, he seemed disinterested in taking my order or answering my question, he kept me on hold for almost 5mins with no response. |

Ordered a Sony Ericsson bluetooth headset and paid for shipping. Product arrived with package opened and merchandise defective (did not work). Received an RMA # and returned the product the next day and was informed that shipping was not covered either way on returns. The fact it was defective had no bearing. Product was confirmed delivered back to MobileCityOnline on July 30th. On Aug 8, I received an email stating receipt of the defective headset and that a refund would be issued within 24-48 hours. August 10 and still no credit issued nor any calls returned after messages were left twice to inquire about the situation. Evening Aug 10, received email saying credit now issued and that it takes approximately five to seven business days for your financial institution to credit your account. |
