This is the first time I ordered an item from this web site. One thing that I believe is needed to be improved is the requirement of documentation for difference in shipping and billing addresses. They said I can fax the form that will pop up. It hasn't popped up yet. |

I am going back to school & was looking at Dell. I went online today to look at refurbished computers & waited until my husband (who is the computer expert) got home from work & asked him "what about a refurbished computer?" Your company supplied excellent information pertaining to the pros of buying a refurbished as compared to buying a brand new computer. Excellent price for a 3 year warranty also. Thank you. |
